DRY BAR has the WORST return policy they make everything HARD even with Proof of purchase…. DO NOT MISPLACE YOUR RECEIPT…The worst return policy I have seen Annaise was accommodating she did call a manager named Emily who was unwilling to do a simple return told me come back tomorrow for something that should have been done today… very much an inconvenience …

Overall the staff is nice. You have to make an appointment in advance because it is in the mall. Prices have gone up over time but it is understandable. I use this as a treat when I have a special occasion or don’t want to do my hair

Luz at Dry Bar Paramus is EXTREMELY talented. She gave me the best blow dry I ever got. The entire staff is absolutely wonderful. You should go out of your way to come to this location. They are wonderful!!

Ive come here a few times to get a blowout and have had a great experience every time! The whole process is relaxing and I love how my hair turns out! My go to is Nakisha, she’s so friendly and amazing at being able to style thicker longer hair in a way that still gives it a bounce and looks flattering! Highly recommend checking out dry bar and making an appt with Nakisha!
