went here and asked a worker if they had the shoes i was looking for in store, showed them a picture and told them my size, they told me it wasn’t at this location and that the ramsey store had them; went upstairs and found them asap, wish they told me that they had them instead of having me lose hope about not finding them at all.

If you go to DSW just saying, I'm "looking" not for buying, forget about it. DSW is a place you "always" wind up buying....happily.

This was my first time visiting the store. The store was organized well and stocked with just about every type of shoe possible. Unfortunately, they didn't carry W (wide widths). Nice store but won't be returning.
