My girlfriend and I were shopping desperately for hiking shoes late at night and happen to stop by this location. The crew went out of their way to make us happy. As a result, we made the purchase, signed up for loyalty program, and certainly became loyal customers of the brand.

How difficult is it for ordinary consumers to safeguard their rights? Eddie Bauer company arbitrarily tramples on consumer's rights and interests. Their customer service line goes unanswered, and the initial email responses were perfunctory and official. They handle problems carelessly without actually resolving them. After receiving photo evidence from the customer confirming that the clothes were lost in transit, they did not send a replacement as requested, causing great inconvenience to the customer who couldn't receive the clothes within the expected timeframe. Eventually, they agreed to issue a refund. However, even after sending three emails, they only agreed to refund $149.6, which was the price of one item, but in reality, they only refunded $64.9 (the customer purchased two items together). Not only was the refund for the lost item of $149.6 not issued, but they also deducted $149.6 from the customer's account without consent and took the money twice. The first item was received about a week after making the payment, priced at $64.9. The second item was paid for at the same time as the first, but according to the official website, it would be shipped and the customer should receive a notification via SMS and email, which never came. After checking with FedEx, it was discovered that the package was lost. FedEx advised the customer to contact the merchant, thus leading to the previous communication with Eddie Bauer. When you choose to ship goods, you should ensure the rights of consumers. Customers paying in advance is a sign of trust in your company. Playing with consumer rights puts the brand's trust at risk. Neglecting customer service signals the downfall of a company. Either you address the customer service issue or start a deep investigation into the operational team's service methods, which may be the underlying cause leading the company towards bankruptcy.

PROS: I'm a Eddie Bauer fan due to their quality items. I come into this store anytime I want a nice jacket or button shirt. The staff in here is always helpful and friendly. They are next to one of the entrances of the mall making it one of the first stores to see. They always keep it well stocked and clean. CONS: Despite keeping their stuff well stocked it's very minimal. Besides jackets they really don't have that much else. I went in for hiking boots and I only found 6 pairs. I went in for shirts another day and there were hardly any. OVERALL: Great place to go to but they need to expand their inventory. When i say they are well stocked I meant what they have they keep a good amount of, but a larger variety of their stock means more categories have to be added in their inventory

Customer service is a nightmare in Eddie Bauer. I had an order placed 2 weeks ago and still has not shipped! I called several times and surprisingly they lie about the status of the orders!!! 3 different agents told me my order is shipped, while some others told me it's back-ordered!! They have no intention to solve your problem and just want to finish the call ASAP. I had never had such a terrible experience with any other brands.

Nice store but they don't have big sizes and are really understaffed on their jackets the down makes holes in the material and it gets ruined I bought already twice a jacket from this store and both times I lost most of the down father's within three months and it also goes to one side I would only recommend to buy the heavy coats as they are more stuffed and better material!

Had an amazing experience at this Eddie Bauer location! My customer associate Amal was a pleasure to work with. She was incredibly patient with helping me and my son select the most efficient fishing rod for our camping trip. My wife was also able to find a gorgeous sweater for our hiking trips. Will definitely be coming back to this store as long as she works here!

I wish I could give this store no stars, staff was no where to be found. I open a backpack and the lady working there tells me I shouldn’t of opened it haha terrible staff and the store looks like it’s going out of business. Never going back
