Laptop ck out 4 the issue I was experiencing or charger! To my surprise the "BB GS" rep offered
to review my laptop while I shopped @ NC! Couldn't be a nicer young man & in this day - where a fee is charged for every minor request it's nice too have BB perform a courtesy review for me !!”
“Alfred was so bomb! He is new to the team but you wouldn’t think so! He went above and beyond to take care of our needs and even made the call to customer service for us. Which he didn’t have to do. Let’s not leave out Jorge, the manager…. So warm and helpful and listened to our concerns and helped Alfred with this transaction. Definitely needed to give them some recognition because you don’t see this time of help anywhere these days!”
