I rented a car 2 weeks ago and gave them my license. I never got it back and didn’t realize. Two weeks later I call them because I can’t find it and they find it. Why would they not call me. I’ll rent at hertz next time

Beware! This car rental place is a rip off! We rented a vehicle in 2020 and returned it the same day in perfect condition. In the following 4 years, I’ve rented other vehicles from this site with no issue. I reserved a vehicle using all the same ID and information a month ago with no issue. Miraculously, at 2:00 AM in the morning at my vacation destination, I’m told I’m on the don’t lend list for unpaid damages on the rental car from 2020. I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED OF ANY ISSUE WITH MY 2020 RENTAL UNTIL TONIGHT. In order to obtain a rental car at 2:00 AM in a deserted airport, I was compelled to pay an additional $360! Think twice before using Enterprise!
Update: After going through this hellish ordeal at 2 AM in the morning, we arrived at the car pick up site only to learn that the mid-sized Nissan Probe we reserved was unavailable and our only options were for a totally inappropriate pickup truck or a compact SUV. Like I said earlier in this review: BEWARE OF RENTING FROM ENTERPRISE!

We had great customer service from Samantha P. She was friendly, attentive and she ensured that our rental went perfectly. We rented a very specific type of vehicle and it was ready and waiting for us at the specific time. Both pick up and return went smoothly and we were billed the agreed upon price with no hidden fees. Highly recommend Samantha P. and this location in Paramus NJ on Route 17.

Had a difficult start renting a car at Paramus, NJ Enterprise receiving a phone call on the day of my rental that an economy car wasn’t available. But, in the end the manager at this company made everything right and continued my business with Enterprise.

I have rented a car from this Enterprise location a total of two times. The first experience was great, no issues. My last experience was upsetting.
There was a promo on the online Enterprise site for 10% discount if you booked a vehicle from 6/8/24 and returned it back by 6/22/24.
I added this promo to my Chevy Malibu or “similar vehicle” reservation. When I went to pick up my rental the vehicle I requested was not available, and I was presented with the option of a Kia Forte and a different vehicle. No problem… I chose the Kia Forte. Kia Forte is listed as a compact Sedan and The Chevy Malibu is listed as a Mid-Size Family car. This is important to note because on my final rental receipt the charged is shown as “Mid Size” class car which was the rate for the Chevy Malibu, the 10% discount I had to my original booking was not applied either. I spoke to a representative in person at the location and was told The Kia Forte was in the same class as the Chevy Malibu and my discount was applied however my receipt shows otherwise. The employee did not try to help me with this matter. I will not do business at this location again. I had an upcoming rental that I will be canceling and going elsewhere. I called customer Service and I am waiting to hear the outcome.

I used this location services to get rental car through the car insurance company, and had absolutely no issues: everything was done quick, efficient, explaining everything I need to know (me first time getting rental through the insurance).
Specifically want to point out that people working there are tremendous: very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help you: I forgot the garage door clicker in my rental and they were very kind to help me aquire it back.

I have to give a very high complement to Ryan Hennelly branch manager of route 17 S. Paramus he has been very accommodating Professional in his hospitality, which is very important to me because I am in hospitality deal with Restaurants,fashion, and in the entertaining Field. Ryan has been a very kind, accommodating and professional manager that is very well appreciated and that there should be more of like him . I dealt with a very bad situation with my car for over five months, not being repair by A Very Bad collision shop in Hackensack by the name of Courthouse and have been without a car for over 5 months having to pay for my car rentals, which Ryan has been very accommodating, helpful and understanding and is so appreciated that this is what a Manager is all about.,His staff is very kind and helpful from the training he gives them. And I also appreciate their help. I just would like to let the corporate know I will always come back to enterprise on route 17 in Paramus because of the hospitality, kindness and understanding that Ryan and his staff has been so kind and understanding to know what I dealt with a serious situation a car accident, and a collision place courthouse In Hackensack ruining my car and not having a car for over five months. Ryan is a TOP Professional and caring about his Customers with compassion to help them with great Service and understanding. I will always come back to this Enterprise

This place is a scam they tell you one thing and then the scammers come out and say they didn't say anything! The service is terrible and if you want to make a complaint they never resolve it. They robbed one of my friends and this is the time that they are not responsible for what happened! They just avoid responsibility

Excellent: promptly picked me up and eventually dropped me off where my car was being serviced. Fast, effortless check in and check out. Very nice KIA SUV with CarPlay.
