I was in need of a certain pair of shorts for an upcoming trip, and I was super glad that I encountered the associate Candice today. She was very helpful with my search from the type of the shorts to the color and size. Once I found what I needed, I was able to check out quickly and move on with my day. I don't often shop at Express, but my experience today has me open to another trip soon. I hope Express values Candice's professionalism and eagerness to help because I sure do.

I had a fantastic shopping experience, thanks to Julisa at the payment counter. She was incredibly helpful in explaining the coupon promotion and assisting with the billing. Everything went smoothly and hassle-free. Excellent customer service!

Purchased pants on 2/10/2025, tried to return it on 2/18/2025. Even though i had my receipt and pants were unworn the girl SAM said she cant return it because price tag was not attached, called care and they said no where in their policy says tag needs to be attached. Sam said the item was not returnable because it smeller like cologne lol…item did not smelled like cologned plus they have a cologne store next door. Sam you have an ego and do not deserve to work with customer, its a disservice to clients to have this attitude!

I went to change some suits and the person who helped me was MAX MANAGER
from Express Factory Outlet Paramus nj.
He was uneducated, rude and not looking for any alternative to trying to help me….

I usually visit the garden state mall expressly, but this time I went to this plaza (and I regret it very much), I am looking at blouses when suddenly a woman says to me “excuse me” and in a bad tone, she almost pushes me, I made myself stop back and she starts to fix the blouses that I was looking at and she didn't allow me to continue looking at anything, she started fixing them and hitting the hangers hard in a bad way, then I go to the cashier and explain to her that that was in very bad taste and they tell me that she is “the manager”, in reality they should not have people like that working in such a prestigious store for years. I'll never go back, terrible service!
