Went in for the fairly easy task of sending an important document to the state offices. So, the employees are NOT allowed to make a return label for the customer, you have to use their terminals to do it yourself. I am not the most website savvy person, so to have to find which option, the rates, separate the billing address and shipping origin location - no help from the 3 staff members at all. And I was the ONLY person there. The looked at me like i was interrupting their personal time at home, like how dare we get a customer who has questions! My goodness, the level of laziness of some employees is completely shameful. Hopefully UPS won't give me a 50 yard stare if I walk in there later today. Shame on the 3 employees there for being a waste of space, shame on FedEx for implementing a system where employees are basically encouraged not to assist the customers.

Not pertaining to this particular office but FedEx has certainly gone downhill I would not recommend ever sending a package through them.
My 84-year-old father tried to send one through Walgreens.
And despite having his contact information in my contact information it has been lost for a month. Lost in a sense that they refuse to do anything about the package that is in their system and at their location for the past 30 days.
You get nothing but a runaround from corporate and everyone else and even filling out claims formed and getting a claim specialist they never return your calls never do anything.
I certainly considered elder abuse since my father is 84 years old and no one returns his calls despite 20 different people insisting they will return his call.
He even emailed the CEO and the c-suite and they give you the same nonsense runaround.
Never use FedEx they are now a horrible third world company.

They have the most dumbest and stupidest drivers ever. Who the hell hires them? They always deliver to the wrong address. This isn’t even my house and FedEx won’t do anything cause package says delivered. Bunch of bs. Whoever did this delivery should not work for FedEx anymore.

Awful service. I was sent a package for $16 that was returned to sender due to not being able to read the barcode. The barcode was made by this Fedex location. When the sender returned, the manager refused to refund the money or resend the package at no charge. Don't go here.

I make numerous copies for my office as well as display boards. I have even had pop up banners created. Barbara is ALWAYS amazing. If the online portal doesn’t work, I’ve always just sent the request through email and they get it done. Usually I have the same special requests and the portal doesn’t always allow these special requests. But, Barbara always remembers the different jobs I send over and doesn’t even have to look at my special requests: she just knows. Sometimes, she even knows better than I do what I actually want! lol! The jobs are always perfection and they are completed with a quick turnaround time. If I need something urgently, they are always willing to try to help me out when possible. And if that wasn’t enough, it is ALWAYS service with a smile. I’m sure employers have off days but of they do, you can be certain Barbara never lets it show. She is always amazing. So, if you ever need anything print related, she is your girl! Absolutely the best!!

When I went Into FedEx, the one guy at the counter kept giving me and my mother looks because we had “ Dangerous goods” and instead of the guy being very nice about it saying oh, I can help you to find another store. He gives me and my mother a face, and says that he cannot help us, and he was just very nasty to me and my mother.

Associate was extremely rude. The pick up truck driver was outside waiting until 6pm to leave, I get there while he’s still waiting outside. There’s a woman being helped and another associate just hanging out. When I’m waiting on line to drop my package off that already has a label, the driver comes in to say “that’s it?” And I asked him if he could take the package I was holding as it was ground and it was a ground truck. He says it needs to be scanned. All of a sudden the associate decides to help me as it turns to 6pm. When I asked if I could bring this to the driver, he said no because it’s passed 6p. Proceeded to argue with me that I can’t bring it to the truck driver because he shut the back door already. I said by the time he spent arguing with me, I could’ve given him this package. The associate said “come earlier next time”. Is this how customers are treated?

The team at FedEx Office in Paramus is outstanding!
Tommy went above and beyond to help us out with a print job that was needed very quickly. His professionalism and excellent customer service was amazing, and this will keep us coming back!

Efficient, effective, clean and very friendly location. Needed to drop off a package that I already packaged and had a qr code. I was able to scan the code, drop in bin and got a receipt without waiting on line. It was awesome. I also ordered post card prints via Canva but It didn’t come out as expected. The PRINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AMAZING! They asked me to send them the pdf directly and they helped me get what I initially thought I ordered. Thank you very much to BARBARA FOR ALL YOUR HELP!

I am very happy with Fed Ex at this location. I needed to ship a package from USA to China. Customer service was great. They helped me fill out the paperwork every step of the way. The process was smooth and seamless. They have plenty of workers there to help. I will continue to use their services.
