“This bank is in such a convenient location. I felt very taken care of by their assistant manager. She took her time with me and helped me a lot. I am going back when I have my income to open a secure credit card. On my second visit, I tried to speak w a teller because i was told I can get a new card from them prior but the lady said she put me in line then she didn’t…i tried to wait but couldnt wait for the line to finish due to a medical condition; standing to wait became a quick uncomfort to painful, and the security guard would not stop blatantly circling me looking at me funny instead of asking or accomodating at all. I felt like TD Bank should be more accomodating to the disabled or clients in pain. That was very sad and extremely uncomfortable to have experienced considering my previous visit. I had to leave the line and got a text ten minutes later about it saying i was cancelled. Expect to receive a bit of both experiences when you get here.”
