My name is Xavier Peña, I was a supervisor at this store who was fired for using a word that is common around this area of New Jersey. I can go into a lot of details of how messed this company really is. The way they treat their employees is awful, especially if you’re not a ASM or Store Manager who can pretty much get away with a lot of things. If your planning on working there now I would recommend not to if you take your mental health and social life serious because these people will make you feel that your worthless especially the District Manager Jonathan Diaz who has given himself a standard too high and has singled out countless employees if they weren’t doing exactly what he was asking for which is a authoritarian behavior. If you thought HR would actually help about this they won’t since they are all friends and will do exactly what their friends say such in the case of Arthur Crew who actually got away with harassing female employees in the store and was then swept under the rug to avoid issues of coming out to the public about this situation.

It is a Crazy shop and it requires a tip for every purchase you make. They didn’t tell me why I needed a tip they just forced me to tip them. This incident happened at Garden States Parma’s Finish Line.

Bought a Christmas gift early that my son did not like. They would not return the money to my credit card only store credit. When I explained that I bought the gift early so the 45 day rule should not start until Dec 25 the manager, Xzavier, who had zero eye contact with us grunted “only store credit’. Very poor customer service excellence.

This finishline was immaculate! When I walked in the store was in perfect order. The sales team was absolutely professional and checkout was seamless. Unfortunately, the sneakers I wanted weren't available at this location in the color I would have preferred, however, the style was available. My best advice would be for anyone who's looking for a specific shoe in a particular color, would be to check the online stock before traveling to their locations. Variety of stock depends on market statistics.Happy Shopping!!!

Black lady didn’t let me press email and print. As soon as I took my card out , she immediately pressed the print only button. I suggest when you take your card out- press the email and print button as soon as you. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
