I bought a new hero combat toy and is a super bad toy

Usually I love five below but worst experience at this location. Tried asking for a bathroom interrupted told to wait. Then she walked away. Tried to ask the only other employee waited for him to get off the phone. Then he started helping another customer cash out. It’s self service for registers and he asked me to wait. All I needed to know was if there was a bathroom. Not just bad customer service but bad human decency. Will not come back to this location for everyone else there’s a bathroom across the parking lot at Starbucks if you pay. I don’t know why they think they need to scan my items here if it’s self service. Either have a register or self service leave me alone. Help customers asking questions without making them wait and then walk away from them. Very frustrating in this extreme heat.

The store is well organized and has a great selection but I didn’t how they ring you up , I like to scan and organize my stuff and I didn’t like how the girl tossed all my stuff into the cart , as you can see from previous reviews a lot of the customers here are not a fan of have the employees ringing you up , your employees suck and the door sucks

The store is great but it says it was open on Sundays. I went and it was closed. Google said it was open.

Went to pick up some items for my daughter’s summer camp AND I am appalled! The self -checkout line is being used by one cashier who checks out all your items instead of you doing it yourself! I asked the cashier/“security” person what’s going on- and she claimed people are stealing from the store. People steal from ALL stores! I’m sorry Five Below you will loose customers doing this! You are making people wait until you scan each persons items on the self check-out line and are making and insinuating that every one is a thief! This is bad business and I hope your cooperate office receives enough complaints and takes immediate action. I personally will not be patronizing this store ever again!!

I love this store Open to 6 different locations.There are some items that you find in all of the stores but each store has different items Some cater to children some the home and pets the workout products have not been as good as they have in the past The gateway plaza has More of a selection. Haven't been there in a. while, So it may have changed. They used to have the candy from back in the day. I don't find it as much anymore.

The staff singled me out to ring up my purchase at the self-checkout. I don't like when they do that. It's fine ? I hope you enjoyed having to count and re-ring all 30 items. Job well done, sir.
