Even though I didn’t buy anything during my visit to Futon World, it was a great experience. Angel was welcoming, extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in detail without any pressure to purchase. The store was neat, clean, and well laid out. Excellent customer service like this is hard to come by—I highly recommend stopping in if you’re looking for quality futons and professional customer service. I’ll definitely be back when I’m ready to buy!

Their website and the sign on their door said open at 10 am. I waited until 10:38 a.m., and they still hadn't opened. So I left and won't be going back...

No communication whatsoever. I contacted them asking about the packaged weight of a particular futon that I considered buying. After a couple follow-ups and still no response, it has become clear to me that they have no interest in answering what should be a simple question. I would have more respect for them if they simply said “we don’t know” or “we’re not sure, but we will get back to you on that”, but they cannot even be motivated to say that much. If their ability to communicate is this bad, what else are they poor at? I will take my business elsewhere.

From the moment we walked in to the store we were met with professional help of the owner Angel and another sale associate Bailey. I ended up placing the order over the phone with Kim who was very helpful given our very tight schedule since we needed the couch immediately. Great selection, prices and very attentive staff.

It gives me great pleasure to share my experience at Futon World on Rt. 4 Paramus NJ. The minute I walked into the showroom, I was thoroughly confused and didn't know what I wanted until I met the store owner, Mr. Ramirez. He took the time to listen to my needs, he helped me to find options I didn't know I had, and made me feel that he was truly invested in making me happy with my purchase. After carefully guiding me through many options, I found the exact couch I needed. He made me know that you can surely get quality furniture without paying exorbitant prices.
