Great customer service. I was able to pick up a couple pair of jeans with competent knowledge on the new direction G-Star is producing their products with the help of their employee, Will, who was patient, attentive, and knowledgeable on the look I was seeking. As a long time G-Star customer I was satisfied with the information I was given and will continue to buy my jeans from here. Shout out to Will who made the experience all the better.

I had the most unpleasant shopping experience ever. I found an article of clothing which I liked however, Craig an associate working Up charged me for the item when it was clearly tagged for lower. When I mentioned the price being cheaper he ripped off the tag and refused to charge me for the stated price. His mannerisms and delivery were completely rude. Luckily I was able to go back while he was off the floor and have the price adjusted by a female manager. She resolved the issue in a professional manner as one should while Craig hid in the back.

I purchase from the website not in the store have no experience with this store but horrible experience with the website I return a few item over month ago 2 pair of pants one is for $631.48 & the other is for $442.03 and still haven't received a refund back yet I keep getting the run around and promises my experience with G star they do not like to return money back!!! Also they don't are can't transfer called to a manager now I was told it going to take 3 months to my money back I don't know why they have a customer service because they don't help they only dictate to you I don't think they want to give me my money back.

I bought a shirt here and wanted to return it. I live far from the store and do not have any other g star store within 60 miles radius. Called the store to generate a return label, they denied and asked me to contact online customer care. Contacted online customer care and they denied saying it can’t be generated for in store purchases. Be cautious about buying if you live far.

I was disappointed when I read a few reviews for this location but I was amazed at the change. The floor supervisor was friendly and informative. The sales associate Vielka (sp) was absolutely the best I've been helped by in years. I did not buy anything this time because I was with someone that was in a rush but I will be sure to make my way back to find that perfect pair of Button-fly jeans and whatever else that grabs my attention!

If I could add no stars I really would. Let me start off by saying my husband and I have been shopping from G Star Raw for years now and love the quality of the jeans. We never had a problem until now. My husband needed a pair of jeans and we walked in the store and there was no employees. Later on, while I was walking in the store a few guys came out from the back of the store one of them being short with dreads and i heard them commenting things about my backside. While I am shopping around i felt super uncomfortable and honestly i would not return back to this store location.

I have never received the type service I just received at this location ever in my life! I am appalled by the lack of customer service skills and social ability, especially during a global pandemic, specifically with Travis who claims he is the (District Manager). I have been a retail leader for over 20 years spanning from in store experience to director of retail for multi billion dollar corporations and never have I felt so belittled and under appreciated as a customer. During a time when retail is critically pivoting, it is crucial that customer experience be the pinnacle of every team members core values. The store at GSP and specially, Travis, lack this fundamental, foundational skill. He was abrasive, aggressive and unhelpful to the point of coming around the plastic partition and counter to specially raise his voice at me that yell at me. I am never stepping foot into another gStar store again and this experience will be communicated throughout my network.

I’ve seen different iterations of this company in Europe and the US. What is happening now is both alarming and depressing. Apparently unable to find a buyer G Star is closing stores and limiting hours everywhere in the NYC area. This is not a bargain brand and if I don’t like my $180 pair of jeans the next day you had better give me a refund. G Star has to decide which genre it will be in, small house customer centric designer or Levi’s. After many years of faithfully shopping here I probably won’t be back.
