This particular location will try to add one of their useless warranties to your purchase without asking, hoping you won’t notice. This happened to me twice, months apart, with different cashiers. I had to specifically ask them to remove it. Very slimy.
Besides that, it’s a GameStop. Over-priced and weak selection as you would expect.

employees will cancel online orders no reason and will not let you buy them once you get there. I think they just try to get all of the good deals for themselves. Was not even notified of the cancel and he makes it seem like it is my problem

The staff are incompetent. Today marks the second straight time the game I pre ordered they put in for the wrong system and I lost out on the copy. First game was ROBOCOP ROGUE CITY and now today with SUICIDE SQUAD.

It’s such a shame that this game stop is close to where I live and they can’t even pick up the phone i literally called them 3 times and they didn’t answer and it’s a rare chance that they actually answer the phone what’s the point of having a phone if you are not going to answer they can’t be that busy to answer the phone this is not how I remember game stop used to be growing up

Would not recommend this GameStop, dumb policy where you have to bring your id in order to pick up your stuff, I showed them my account pick up order that should be enough, ridiculous.
