I like this store. But it's a hit or a miss with some employees most of the time. The manager is nice.

Craig is extremely helpful! He answered all of my husband's questions about the purchase we were trying to make and when I arrived to the store to pick everything up, he took the time to walk me through his recommendations, while also giving me a few tips on the charger we were purchasing for the remote.

I stopped in on Dec 13 to pick up a PS5, Craig was the rep that helped me and he was extremely helpful and friendly even though the store was packed and there was a long line. He provided a 10/10 experience. Thanks Craig!
