Interesting situation, I called asking about Fallout merchandise and the store associate Zufar was the kindest and most helpful guy ever.. I asked about a mug that was possibly in stock and Zufar looked high and low for this mug for about 10 minutes unfortunately the mug couldn't be found but Zufar looked high and low and did so with a smile on his face.. super nice guy super helpful I appreciate it Zufar

I like this store. But it's a hit or a miss with some employees most of the time. The manager is nice.

The employee there was nice although there was barely any switch games and the games that had was not great choices and the games were good was between 40-90 dollars each which is outrageous for switch games you can buy games for cheaper on eBay it’s a nice store but it’s not worth the trip to this location it’s been a few weeks after the holidays and they are completely running out of stock of games and they haven’t even Restocked anything yet and there was a costumer who said if you see Mario world let me know I told him that they didn’t have the game and all the games that they had available was on the floor there was nothing at the checkout and he said that when the employee was on the phone with the customer they said they had the game even though they clearly didn’t I told him that’s why game stop is going out of business and they were also selling a game that I wanted pre owned for 34.99 and the art cover of the game was completely destroyed but the game was in great condition but why would I pay 35 dollars for a distroyed case when I by the game for 40 dollars brand new on eBay for free shipping and they were even charging a brand new Pokemon game for 93 dollars outrageous

Craig is extremely helpful! He answered all of my husband's questions about the purchase we were trying to make and when I arrived to the store to pick everything up, he took the time to walk me through his recommendations, while also giving me a few tips on the charger we were purchasing for the remote.

I stopped in on Dec 13 to pick up a PS5, Craig was the rep that helped me and he was extremely helpful and friendly even though the store was packed and there was a long line. He provided a 10/10 experience. Thanks Craig!

They sell blatant fake Pokemon games. I told the associate working that they were fake and they said "yeah it's okay"GameStop really needs to do something about the procedure to weed out the fakes because that's ridiculous how they are selling a fake game for $60-90.
