Don't shop at this store!!! Order online! Shoes sell for soooooooo much more here. About $50 more than you can buy online. So sorry I came here. They don't have a good return policy. Only a store credit! TERRIBLE!!!

I have very large feet; most stores don't carry my size at all. Globe shoes does. While the staff was overworked on Black Friday, they made it work.

Shopping at Globe Shoes is always a pleasant experience, and my last visit to the store was no exception. We’re from NYC, and my mom and I make the trip to Jersey just to come to this store. It’s the only store that we can walk into knowing we’ll be able to walk out with a new pair of shoes that fits and is comfortable. We both have wide and flat feet, so the quality and comfort of the shoes Globe sells always meets our expectations.We also value the outstanding customer service. Every team member goes above and beyond to answer your questions and help you find exactly what you’re looking for. Globe Shoes management misses my point entirely....or just doesn't care. A No Refund policy is BAD POLICY. There's no other way to say it. A customer has the right to change his/her mind. A store that pretends to care about customers should step up and offer refunds, just like every other store. I don't want store credit. (when I was there, most of the shoes I asked to see were unavailable!!). I simply want my money back. Globe Shoes needs to do the right thing.As for "signage," I didn't see a thing. IF there really is a 3 foot by 3 foot sign behind the register, then I missed it. Is it too much to ask that the person at the register mention the No Refund policy at the time of purchase, so that the customer can be informed?Like I said earlier, BUYER BEWARE. This store is shady!!! Go ahead and check the reviews going back 10 years!! I wish I had seen them earlier...

I went in to look at a pair of Ugg’s and the staff was very helpful in finding my size and the colors I liked. It was a nice store with manny good brands.
