Christian Elleo and his team are true professionals and extremely knowledgeable. They were quick to get me the answers I needed happy to help me out. This is now my golf distributor of choice going forward for all my needs.

Horrible experience in golf galaxy. If you want to upgrade your clubs go to other places. The lady working there said she is a certified club fitter but when I hit the balls with different clubs she couldn’t tell the difference between those clubs (ball speeds, carry, spins and many more) and told me to get professional fitting with her. This is not my first time trying to upgrade my clubs and I was offered the fitting with xxio head office people before so I know how things should work. I’m willing to pay fitting fee with professionals not with the regular sales who claim themselves professional.

Went in this past weekend to look at some new grips for my irons. Made a pit stop across the street at PGA Tour Superstore first. PGA is a good store but the attention wasn't there. I had a couple questions about 2 specific grips and the crew at Golf Galaxy was there to help. I ended up leaving my whole set of clubs to be regripped! They had my clubs done in 2 days. Did a great job as well. Running a special on 50% off services which is hard to pass up. Appreciate their help and great work! Not sure why they have negative reviews but I'm a believer!

I went to the store as a newnue trying to get some woods and hybrids and the customer service was exceptional...I forgot his name but I was helped by Connor I think...he answered all my questions, and gave me great guidance! This is going to be my go to store going forward.

aidan is the best employee there. i went stumbling into golf galaxy hoping to find a new putter. instead, i found aidan. he helped me find some clubs and taught me how to golf. thank u aidan.

What a jerk. I came in here looking to price out or buy a hybrid for my father's birthday. I was having a little issue finding the Callaway hybrids and some older man who worked there asked me if I needed help. I asked him to show me the hybrids were. He just stared back. I asked three times and he started showing me the putters. I asked again to see the hybrids and he told me they were expensive and walked to the bathroom. Give the PGA store across the highway your business instead.

THANK YOU Grant! Now this is customer service at its finest. Delivering customer experience as expected with a friendly and professional manner. He helped me find the golf shoes that I wanted. Went in the back to look around, walked around the store to look around, really took the time to help a customer. How refreshing! - service with a smile and no attitude. Short story is if you are trying to figure out what golf clubs fit you, do not go to this store. Go to a PGA Tour store with real professionals. Here is the long story: I went in on a nice Saturday afternoon with no one greeting me. While I was walking around in the clubs section, a manager looking person came and asked what I need. I told him I was looking to upgrade my club set. He assigned a staff to help me try a few clubs from various brands. That staff was not happy as she had to tape all the clubs I was going to try because there was no demo set. While she was taping a few clubs, she was called away to help some other issues and another staff was involuntarily asked to step in. This interim helper taped one club and then left. So I tried two clubs and then no one was there to help me. I went over to find the original staff as she was finishing working on something else. She was annoyed as she was pulled from many different directions and she whined that I wanted to try all the clubs, implying I made her do a lot of work. Finally, she came back to tape a few other clubs and told me I only had 15 minutes to try. I was confused and asked what if I didn't like any of these. She told me then I should come back in another day as I have used up my quota of the day AND she was actually giving me additional 15 minutes as she was not able to tape all the clubs the first time. I was astonished by her attitude. This store does not care if you buy anything. They think the customers are annoying and giving them work. They provide no customer service.

I went there to buy a putter and wedges. Salesperson was super nice, helpful and knowledgeable. I ended up only buying the putter. Was able to test it. Salespeople are helpful and not pushy

I'm a very regular customer at this location so much so that they recognize me and know me by name. It's from buying equipment and having work done on my clubs on a regular basis the past year or two. Between last night and returning this morning I dropped well over a thousand dollars for 3 clubs and some grip installs. Today, waiting for the grip install for one of the clubs I just purchased 5 minutes ago the manager whispers in his earpiece to the guy installing the grip "check his receipt". Maybe to some it's not a big deal but the lack of respect this manager of the store shows is unacceptable. This lack of respect and trust towards a known customer will push me to NEVER shop or have work done by Golf Galaxy again. There are many options out there and to be honest this Manager (wish I knew his name) has never been helpful. The only reason I continued buying and having work done at this location is because of the staff. They have been very helpful and enjoyable to deal with. All my business will go to the PGA SuperStore.

Was demo ing a driver and turned down the loft, some employee said I couldn’t touch it and if I wanted to turn down the loft I would need to schedule a fitting… taking my business to pga superstore
