Just got denied a Home Equity Line of Credit. My first denial of credit in as far back as I can remember. Been doing business with this Bank for about 25 years(savings, checking and small loans). My credit is good to excellent, my home is almost 70% percent paid off and most of the Line of Credit was for consolidation purposes, which was about 10% of my homes value. Really don't understand how with all said, how a secured line of credit was denied. Especially when I know I qualify for an unsecured loan. Just put my information into lending tree and I'm being inundated with offers. Over 25 years and no line of credit. Two minutes online and I'm approved.(Update: As per response below, I was contacted by email on the 5th. Told they would "review" and contact me. May 9th still no response.)(Update May 16th. No contact yet. No follow up)Even after I sent an email.

Be forewarned, if you want to open an account, you will need bring many documents. The folks are very professional and for that they deserve a thumbs up, but the difficulty in opening an account is rediculous.

why al the time i try to log in in my account i can't log in and then i they ask me for my password they told me they send my password for in my email but i never receive it any text or email.

Today walked into Paramus branch 4:55 PM five more minutes until closing Rachelle asked did I need help she went to ask the Manager To inform me Thet are not seeing anyone else in customer Service my question Why it’s only 4:55 PM Rachelle oh I may can help u if it’s a small matter She did answer my question so what time does the Bank really close? 4:55 PM or 5:00 PM

No issues with the banking aspect. Just the drive thru. It seems every time I attempt to use the drive thru. No one responds. I always end up going inside. I'm told the call button is working but it doesn't work for me. Not very convenient. I also see people sitting in that general area.

Greater Alliance atm stole my money. The branch manager really didn’t do anything but file a dispute. The operation manager AMANDA added a thousand and put a hold on my savings for a thousand. THAT MAKES ABSOLUTELY ZERO SENSE. ITS THE SAME AS WAITING FOR THE DISPUTE. She told me she was doing it out of spite because I didn’t want to wait for the dispute. She horrible and should be fired. She hung up on me.

My name is Jose Almonte I was trying to open a savings and checking account today (12/19/2022) because a friend told me it was a good credit union, So around 10:20 am I arrived to this location, so a Girl took care of me, She asked me for the ID and all the info she needed, so at the end she said if I have a SSN Card, I said I don’t have it with me, is at home. She told me oh no is just in case We needed for a second review, so she told me that they need to review and They’ll call me. So I left, and like in one hour later they call me that I need another Id ( passport ) and my social security card. So Like at 12:50 pm I arrived again to the same location an give another girl to assist me (not the same that took care of me at first) the Passport and the SSN card and she asked questions and all the info took copies and everything, she went to her manager and everything. At 1:20 pm she told me that they weren’t able to make a profile for me because the system didn’t allowed them to do it. I just said is ok and went out of the facilities. She only said sorry, the manager didn’t come to me, either the first girl that assisted me at first to give me an explanation, nothing. They made me feel like a delinquent or a robber. And they made me waste my time and my gas going to their location And I withdrawal money from my others accounts to save it there twice. And I have to return the money again. I’m still wasting time and gas.FYI I have a good credit score 720, homeowner, saving acct and checking accts in mostly of the important banks here in the USA. That shame they made me feel at that moment erased this institution from my brain, for me they don’t exist. Thanks Greater Alliance for avoid me deal with irresponsible people. You deserve zero stars but the web doesn’t allow it .

Service at Paramus branch is terrible. I deposited a check at Paramus location ATM machine the machine accepted the check but they they called me and said they can’t accepted. I said fine can I come pick up my check now they no you can come on Friday ( 4 days later) to get your check because we can’t open the machine. I went to pick it up today they told me they still don’t have my check and they don’t know when I can pick it up so my money is hostage with them and I don’t know when I can get it.
