went in earlier today with my partner to just mindlessly window shop. we were in here for not even five minutes and a brunette lady with a ponytail was following us around in the 3 rooms we went into. as a retail employee i can understand… but management should teach you guys how to be more discreet. to whoever that lady was… you’re weird!

I was just let go here as a security guard. The district manager (Mazi) was an unpleasant and unprofessional person to work under. She complains about employees using the BATHROOM (how unfair is that?!)! She also has so much prejudice and favoritism towards certain employees. The saddest part about being let go from this job is that I was actually hired because of my capabilities and I knowingly performed effectively when it came to my duties. This person (Mazi) is the rudest person to work with and unfortunately that’s probably why the store doesn’t perform as well no matter how good the employees work (looks like they need a new district manager soon)! I recommend you take your money and business elsewhere!!!!!!

Not impressed with this store. You walk in and there is no one to help you. It’s not like the staff doesn’t notice you, they just ignore you. They give you the feeling you can’t afford the stuff in the store. I wonder why they have a store anyway if they are trained to judge and screen customers. It makes me ?
Is this Gucci’s policy ? To sell only to a certain kind …. I would seriously like to know!

This is a bit late but very much worth it. SPECIAL THANKS to Juan for making my shopping experience easy. I contacted Juan for an order placed online but picked up in store. I did not like the fit of the items I purchased and was looking to do a return. Juan explained to me different options I hadn't considered and ultimately it was the best move. I purchased the same items in different sizes and was totally satisfied with the results. Throughout the process Juan was AMAZING. He was knowledgeable but not overbearing, patient and attentive, and more importantly, he followed up afterwards to make sure I was completely satisfied. Juan is a diamond in the rough GUCCI, wake up and promote his to positions of greater responsibility. He is a keeper. Merry Christmas Juan and thank you for your service. Proud to Serve.

I have been a loyal customer of Gucci at GSP for two years now, and I am extremely disappointed in the way my order was handled for a limited edition handbag in July 2023. I placed a deposit for my handbag then, and the order was placed by the store manager. I returned to the store last week (August), only to be notified that the order was placed incorrectly and that it never went through. I'm placing my review here, since my Gucci survey link conveniently expired just today. I'm actually questioning myself if I should ever shop at this location again. I would be very careful in ordering limited edition items from this location.
