This is a bit late but very much worth it. SPECIAL THANKS to Juan for making my shopping experience easy. I contacted Juan for an order placed online but picked up in store. I did not like the fit of the items I purchased and was looking to do a return. Juan explained to me different options I hadn't considered and ultimately it was the best move. I purchased the same items in different sizes and was totally satisfied with the results. Throughout the process Juan was AMAZING. He was knowledgeable but not overbearing, patient and attentive, and more importantly, he followed up afterwards to make sure I was completely satisfied. Juan is a diamond in the rough GUCCI, wake up and promote his to positions of greater responsibility. He is a keeper. Merry Christmas Juan and thank you for your service. Proud to Serve.

I have been a loyal customer of Gucci at GSP for two years now, and I am extremely disappointed in the way my order was handled for a limited edition handbag in July 2023. I placed a deposit for my handbag then, and the order was placed by the store manager. I returned to the store last week (August), only to be notified that the order was placed incorrectly and that it never went through. I'm placing my review here, since my Gucci survey link conveniently expired just today. I'm actually questioning myself if I should ever shop at this location again. I would be very careful in ordering limited edition items from this location.

Came into pick up an order placed online, given to me in a damaged box to lower standard beyond of what any cheap brand would provide. No wonder Gucci brand itself fell to where it has because they hire and utilize ignorant employees who have such 0 standard of poise and care. Cheap standards for cheap employees for cheap brand. Severe disappointment from store employees to corporate customer service. 100% low quality and cheap. I've never had anything from any other designer luxury brands including Chanel, Cartier LV AND cheaper stores like Zara provide this kind of service and product and packaging. Would not recommend or buy again. Still debating on returning the product entirely because of this horrible experience and quality of everything.

So to begin this review I have been a client of this Gucci Location for years now and also from many others prestigious stores. But unfortunately I will never invest my money in this location again even though I have an incredible SA named Alex who also was my SA from Louis Vuitton and he know how good of a client I am. so, my SA has been out on family leave for some time and I was obliged to contact another SA by the name of Karla he seems to be very moody and not so nice at times. I mentioned to her about a Gucci cap my husband had purchased, she at first gave me the run around not answering my text and asking for a receipt which I did not have at the moment. But she is aware of my history with Gucci and it's all in the system which she says she did'nt find hard to believe, But ok. bottom line is we go to the store to change the cap for a different style a cap my husband has never worn since purchased. she immediately ran to me and takes the package and then comes back and says It has been worn (it hasn't) she gave me every excuse in the book, then I asked to see the manager and she comes back with another sales person who was claiming to be a "Manager" of the store mind you I have been goin there for years. he gave us the same excuse she did. (But trust me I know the reason behind it all) I have spent thousands of dollars at Louis Vuitton as a VIP client they go out of their way to help me with whatever issue I have and if I ever have a problem with an item which rarely to never happens the manager and sales associates go out of their way to help. I have never returned any of my purchases from Gucci or any designer store and to not be respected or my situation handled in a more professional way is very dissapointing with the amount of money I have spent there sometimes on a monthly basis. Bottom line will not recommend Karla as a sales associates since she seems more interested in her commission than customer service (I just shopped there 2 weeks ago) But unfortunately for my wonderful SA Alex I will no longer visit that location and as a influencer that I am I will not recommend it. This specific sales person is in need of training.

This shop was amazing. All the sales reps were very nice and they helped me out. The store is clean, organized, and categorized properly. If I were to buy a Gucci product this would be my go-to store

Worst experience ever. I went into the store to exchange the belt size, the guy who was trying to help took the home address, phone number, etc. details so he can ship the right size, told me it will be shipped in next one day. No communication since then, no tracking details etc. I follow up after 1 week, the belt is shipped to the wrong mailing address, until then no communication. Worst experience ever. Please train the staff well so they can handle the exchanges better.

Worst possible service! I had to exchange shoes for my boyfriend here and they’re only friendly and accommodating when you’re purchasing something. They refused to do my exchange even with the receipt and credit card. I had to call the corporate office in order to get my exchange done. If I am spending $900 on a pair of shoes I should not be receiving Walmart type service. Their entire staff is completely horrible and that includes their manager! Much better service in Neimans and Nordstrom!
