The first night was horrible. After driving for hours during the night to daytime, we couldn’t get any sleep. The folks in the next room ( we found out later) was full of teenagers slamming each other int the wall hit out headboards through the wall. Literally shaking the building. Jumping off the beds until 3 am. We called throughout the night to the front desk. Initially, I was horrified thinking it was a terrible fight going on and that the ambulance and police would have to intervene.After several attempts and several management shifts, they only got worse each time the front desk asked them to stop. They didn’t nothing to compensate us by way of room discount or refund which would have been fair since we got no rest.The hotel was clean and staff friendly. Food, that’s another story?. The best thing on the menu was prepackaged bagels, muffins and fruit. The hot food needed a lot of help to be edible. I really just want a refund. I travel nationally and internationally, every 5-10 weeks, for business and personal travel. This was disappointing. Mostly because I got no rest. Much needed rest. I give thine a C- because they were friendly but had no power or authority to resolve our concerns l.Nearby activities: Mall is close.Safety: Seems very safe and clean. Security patrols due to car dealership and other office buildings in the area.Walkability: Can walk to mall and restaurants

Really nice for the price we paid. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, diverse and fairly good quality breakfast, a small pool for the kids to let out some energy, easy check in, nice hair products and decoration. I think next time I will ask if they have allergy free rooms, since my daughter has eczema and is allergic to many cleaning products.Food & drinks: Across from the bonefish grill

Literally had a booger in the bed and toenail clips on the chair. Mold growing in the bathroom too. First time I have every seen a Hampton be so disgusting :(

Warning I was shocked to see a camera installed above the changing room take a look at picture displayed, pool dirty, stains on bedroom carpet, second bed was not made up, and there was not enough bedding in the hotel to do so! Rang the hotel for three days to speak to the manager who never rang back finally got in touch manager not interested in complaint, not interested in the satisfaction guarantee, manager does not call back even though left phone number and email address and refuses to put what he says in email when requested!Rooms: Second bed not made up even thou requested, and stains on carpet very dirty hotel

The front desk people are some of the friendliest and helpful I've experienced while visiting area. Breakfast is hot and excellent and everywhere looks SO CLEAN! Love this place.

Great hotel if you're having a wedding nearby. The staff was wonderful to work with and were very accommodating handing out our favors for the guests and with the shuttles (the driver even went above and beyond by making an extra trip after he realized there were still people at the venue who needed a ride!). The rooms were nice and the lobby was perfect to hang out in afterwards.

Very clean, spacious room. Friendly front office staff, and of course, warm cookies! I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this stay in Paramus. It pretty convenient to NYC as well at 1/3 of the cost of a room in the city. So I'd say it's worth it if you have business in the city.

This hotel is in serious need of a rehab. Mattresses are starting sag and a chair in the room was bent on an angle. No lakes to vanity have a weird brown speckle that has been there for all the times I've stayed in this room.

Used this hotel as part of a wedding block. The hotel is very clean. The king rooms were very spacious. The gym was well equipped with good equipment. The hot breakfast was great with many selections. The staff was polite and very gracious. The hotel has a very nice meeting room that we used for a bridal shower as well as the rehearsal dinner. The kitchen staff was very helpful and accommodating. The managers Albert and Zack were both helpful. Albert helped me book everything and was very communicative about the room block and renting the meeting space. Zack was the manager onsite when we check in and very helpful. Overall a good experience and willing to book again.Nearby activities: Driving distance to malls and outlets, good restaurants choices nearby

The staff here is amazing! Both Fred and Zack really went out of their way to help us extend our stay an extra night and to give us excellent service. We will definitely be back!

Nice enough hotel. Rooms are clean, hallways are newer, elevators are a little outdated and slow. Good hot breakfast. I give three stars for the location because unless you specifically need to be in Paramus, there are probably more convenient locations for the city and the stadium.Walkability: Not really walkable at all.Food & drinks: The breakfast is pretty solid.

Overall was nice and good location if visiting NYC. The one thing that bothered our family is the smell of their towels. Can’t describe it but they had a bad smell. (Javel sense)
