Highly recommend going to this store! Eloisa was so kind and hospitable! I knew I wanted to purchase a ring but I didn’t know what style I was looking for yet she was so incredibly patient and answered all the questions I had. She gave really insightful information.
It truly was an amazing customer service experience. Nash was also such a kind, customer-oriented professional! It was a true joy shopping with them.

I had the perfect ring all planned out, the perfect spot to propose, the plan, all of it. And then I was told the ring would not be there in time. My heart sank as I called around to local jewelers. No one had the ring in store or could they make it happen before I needed it.
Until I called up Helzberg Diamonds in the GSP. I ran in and Christine, Rhianna and Naresh set up the ring I had in mind perfectly. They were so quick, efficient, and friendly that I was floored. Not only did they make the physical process painless, but also the mental and monetary process pain-free, as well. THANK YOU GUYS!!!

Nash! Is the man. He went above and beyond. Im out of state my friend just went through a traumatic experience. He was there for me for her . Even got a card. Paid for it himself. And wrote on the card a little poem i wrote. Nash and his team. Priceless ❤️🤍💯. I cant thank you enough. I live out of state and im still faithful. To this store. For just the kind genuine people. My fiancée bought my wedding band here and he paid for engraving and was told to return after 2 weeks to have it resized properly. When he went back, they forgotten to engrave it, told him the engraver now isn't working, they forgot he bought it at the store and didn't give him a box and just handed the ring over to him. He is going elsewhere to get it engraved because this is ridiculous. They also couldn't find the ring he wanted from their online store and made him wait over 30 mins while they tried to find it and then it magically appeared.
