WOW! Just wow! We decided to treat our family to a bigger couch for family movie nights. We currently have a Netuzzi couch and large chair and love the quality, so wanted to maintain that high level of comfort and quality. Italian leather certainly holds is luxe and color beautifully. We decided on the gorgeous i716 Sectional Sofa in Grey from Incanto Italian from ItalMod! This model was unavailable in any store we went to and many were unavailable for months. After ordering, we were shocked to find out shipping would be a couple of weeks!! Constantine at ItalMod called me to coordinate my order delivery and even reviewed my order noting that I might have selected incorrect delivery, which I had no idea I had done! He even upgraded our shipping to white glove! Absolutely stunned by the concierge level of service and communication shown by ItalMod Furniture Team, special thanks to Constantine!! Cannot wait to make more core family memories on our new, spacious sectional! Thank you ItalMod!!

Hello! Found what I was looking for! I visited a lot of furniture stores and settled on this one. Very nice atmosphere and wide selection of furniture. The quality and price surprised me. I bought a sofa made of fine genuine leather made in Italy. The delivery of the sofa was done on time and professionally. I was satisfied and happy. I recommend this store to everyone...!!!

Mr Jimmy, you will read about him alot on these reviews but needless to say he is as professional as they can be. He is extremely helpful, knows his stuff and their no pressure.He helped us by several bed sets and we just had them delivered and they are as beautiful as displayed in the showroom.The store itself is also very nice. Someone would think to go to a retail chain furniture store but stop in here first and you will find everything is far superior quality for rather reasonable pricing. When you go, see Jimmy. The best place to shop for furniture! I ordered a dining room set and everything came perfect and on time. The prices were fair and the service was outstanding. Dennis, the sales representative, was amazing! He was even able to order extra parts (2 sides of the bedroom wardrobe) for my dining room set which I was told in other places they would be impossible to buy. I would highly recommend ItalMod Furniture.

Dennis provided us with a superior customer experience.The prices here were highly competitive and delivery included professional assembly. I placed an order and was 100% satisfied and so I ended up placing a second order a few weeks later.On the second order, three items arrived damaged from the factory, but Dennis had new replacements delivered to me quickly so our family could begin to enjoy our new furniture.I recently had to move and required assembly instructions to give the movers. I called Dennis and he provided me the instructions via email in under a hour!Thank you Dennis!! We’ll miss doing business with you.

We visited the Paramus store and we found a lot of beautiful and classy furniture, we ended up buying a large buffet and a dining room table. The prices were fair and compare well to other high-end stores.Our experience at Italmod was very pleasant and Felix Fisher was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout, guiding us through various choices and selections. The furniture we selected was available in the warehouse as well, so we did not have to wait 15 weeks or whatever to get it at home, everything was delivered within one week. Finally, the delivery itself was fast and professional, so all in all a great experience.We highly recommend Italmod and its staff, great job!
