Christian was extremely helpful when I stopped by to pick out suit, he showed me all the options and helped me find the right fit. The store is clean and the staff are friendly + welcoming. Would recommend this location.

The manager is an absolute atrocity of a manager.
I asked him why a piece of clothing was marked as a sale when the price was marked UP. He then replied saying things get mixed up and he doesn't know and can't do anything about it (AS THE MANAGER BY THE WAY.), and I asked how I would find out the price, asking a genuine question.
He had the nerve to say that the price on the clothing doesn't matter because they get rechecked at the register anyways.
Let me ask, isn't the price one of the main selling points of clothing? Let's at least get this right if we want anyone to buy your outdated clothes J.Crew.
Go to a different J.Crew unless you have a free gift card. Then use it and never come back unless you don't mind being charged at the wrong price!

Visited there late on a Saturday to return 2 items purchased online. Needless to say, I walked out with three items purchased. Genesis was very helpful, answered all my questions! Yes, I got that cashmere sweater!

I came in last minute yesterday in need of an outfit for an event and Katie was there to guide me and made sure I saw every option possible. She was super friendly, helpful and quick to help! I highly suggest returning and asking for Katie! She was the best!

This J. Crew is decent. The employees were welcoming and friendly. I was looking for some collar shirts but I thought the prices were too high for the quality of material. They had an abundance of different sizes and the selection is large.

This store is a mess. It’s poorly stocked. The clothes are all wrinkled and in disarray. The staff is incompetent and useless. Wanted to buy a $700 suit and they couldn’t even steam it to make it look presentable.
