Lines can be a bit long even if you order online, the staff is kind and professional and you can find most of what you see online in the stores but not everything. You can also order online to the store as well you just need to have your photo id for pickup.

I have to take this moment to give a huge shoutout of compliments to the Jcrew factory outlet at the Woodbury commons in NY. and the Jcrew factory employee of Bergen County, Paramus. I was at the Woodbury Commons outlet last week asking about a pair of pants that were out of stock. The staff was so accommodating to do whatever they could to get these pants for me. Staff member Carmela Felter of Woodbury, called all the neighboring JCrews and finally located a pair in Bergen county NJ. She went over and above what was expected of her.Leanna L , worked diligently with her over the phone (from the Bergen Towne Center Store, space 31, Paramus NJ) was also outstanding!!!!! She was so efficient and accommodating and kind, that my pants arrived by 3pm the NEXT DAY!!!!!! What great customer service!!!Bravo to these ladies, working as a team & supplying the best customer service During this busy time of year! I'm delighted and will continue to shop at JCREW!!!!
