Rude. There's a long line at the register and one person ringing an enormous return and the other person at the register is hanging up clothes. Such poor customer service.

Definitely won’t return to this location. Staff is rude didn’t greet you when walking in, I had to initiate contact and ask for help after like 10 minutes. High end baby store with lower class staff

Sara doesn't like to process online returns. We were also warned that defective online orders won’t be accepted for in-store returns.

according to them they can not issue you a refund if its 45 days after purchase ( most stores in America accept returns in 90 days ) . they give you store credit with 20 percent restocking fee. MODERN DAY ROBBERY.

Seemed like a nice and clean store. I only went inside to do returns. Workers were friendly.

Don’t be fooled by their sale prices. They are wrong. A $39 item in the 30% off section was priced at $32. All their so called 30% off items were only 18% off. when I showed them the online Janie and Jack prices that were actual 30% off they gave me a song and dance. When I said I will just buy online they quickly changed their tune and said they would sell it to me for the actual 30% off. Total BS. Be careful they overcharge.

I just love their clothing especially for girls. I never leave the store empty handed. I went their before the start of Ramadan. I wanted to purchase a matching color dress ? for my daughter so she can wear it on Eid. I got the dress in chiffon with a discount so it was a win win. Janie and Jack rocks. ?
