ENGAGEMENT RING
I dont normally shop for Jewelry but came to Jareds to look for an engagement ring befitting for my beautiful girlfriend. The thought of the commercial always hearing “He went to Jared” growing up is what made Jared’s the first go to place to check out.
Upon entering the vibe was warm and bright. I was greeted with a friendly welcome by Eric and Anna both of whom went above and beyond in helping me find the right ring in style that fit the descriptions my girlfriend has been dropping to me. I did not feel rushed, they took their time and had a genuine interest in my partner and myself, it felt more personal rather than just trying to make a good sale, which I appreciated. Eric and Anna were both very knowledgeable and courteous! Overall wasn’t a bad experience buying my girlfriends engagement ring (hopefully future fiancée), but aside from the great jewelry selection & cleaning/jewelery repair service offered at Jared’s, Anna and Eric really made the 5 stars worth leaving a review about!
Looking forward to joining the other newly engaged couples for the mimosa hour that was mentioned as well lol

I have been calling since Saturday regarding a repair and nobody picks up the phone. Please a better customer attention is needed. While I understand shortage of staff can affect, I don't think nobody can pick up a phone from 11 am to 7pm.
Update review 4/16/2025: I was contacted by a supervisor and I was explained the phone aren't working. I truly appreciate the follow up and the kind treatment I received by the lady who took care of me today once I arrived to the store. Thank you very much! Ring looks beautiful.

Claudette has been so wonderful: she was not only professional and kind, she gave me such great advice and helped me find the best solution to upgrade my engagement ring. We upgraded the central diamond keeping the initial band with diamonds and I’m so happy about the result, beyond my expectations. I love my new diamond ring!!!
