Just met Jackie the manager at the Paramus location. I have to share because she was so warm, smart and very knowledgeable.I was there to replace a broken backpack. They didn’t have the product and we almost ordered directly from the backpack company but we stayed because of Jackie. She is so efficient here at this location but can totally see her rising quickly. I say promote this woman she is a GEM!

The young blonde woman with the ear guages was very friendly and professional. She was prompt in offering assistance and retrieving our desired shoe size.. Even decent customer service stands out to me as a business owner because it is often lacking more often than not. So I wanted to take a moment and acknowledge the pleasant experience I had with her.
