I had such a wonderful experience here at Kay Jewelers thanks to Crystal! She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect graduation gift for my daughter. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, welcoming, and genuinely invested in helping me pick something meaningful. She took the time to explain different options, answered all of my questions with patience, and made sure I felt confident in my purchase. With her guidance, I found a beautiful necklace that I know my daughter will cherish for years. Crystal turned what could have been a stressful decision into an enjoyable and memorable experience, I couldn’t thank her enough.

I went in today to have my earring inspected and I had the pleasure of meeting Sarah and Crystal. Both were such sweet people and answered any question I had! They both were able to help me and made my day better.

I was recently in the market for an engagement ring and came to this Kay location. I worked with Sarah, and she made a process that I expected to be very stressful much more enjoyable. Sarah was super knowledgeable, and explained everything in a way that made me feel comfortable with the process. She had no problem answering every one of my “stupid questions” (my words, not hers), and helped me pick out something that was perfect! Can’t recommend Sarah enough.

Clearly they don't care about sales or customer service. Stop by twice waited for about 5 minutes each time was ignored each time because both of the people working for gossiping at their desk.

Jennifer was extremely kind, trustworthy and knowledgeable. She helped me to repair and redip my ring to look as gorgeous as it did when my husband bought it 10 years ago! Jennifer also helped is to find a chain for my husband and a beautiful cross for my son. Very grateful to her and this location! We will be back!
