If leaving 0 stars were possible, I would. An order was accidentally placed on their eBay store on Saturday, and I requested a cancellation Sunday morning, well before it could ship, while clearly explaining the situation. They ignored every message, rejected the cancellation, and still shipped it out on Tuesday. Now I have to go through eBay claims just to get my money back. I would not support any business that operates this way.
