THE STAFF WAS RACIST.
While I was speaking in English with my friend, they pointed at me and said, ‘She doesn’t speak English. She doesn’t understand.’
Extremely rude and unprofessional. Horrible. Never going back.

Spent 25 minutes picking out outfits to try on and was rejected from using the fitting rooms. The store associate said that the fitting rooms close at 7 even though the store closes at 9. No signs saying this anywhere. Complete waste of time.

Cute clothes but Terrible with returns. Fitting rooms still not open for some reason and only 3 day returns on sale items despite not being open Sundays, which they count as one of the 3 days. I know they’re capable of looking up receipts if you have the exact date and time but they’re usually too lazy to do so.
