Amir is the best of the best and I have known him for years. If you want your kitchen done right, with beautiful quality products, you need to give him a call. He makes the whole process simple & seamless from initial consult to install. I especially love the DOCA cabinetry. So many customization options with DOCA between porcelain fronts, integrated strip lighting, etc. Highly recommend Kuche + Cucina!

This was a real good find for us and we are very happy with the kitchen. We were getting a new kitchen done from scratch. Spoke to a few vendors but the process with Aamir and his team was so smooth and easy. There are so many aspects to figure out with countertops, appliances, lighting inside the cabinet, etc but Aamir and his team particularly Michal made this process so smooth. We went through the design phase, looked at different options and renderings created by Aamir, chose the countertops and appliances we liked and communicated this information to Aamir and his team. They did not rush us at any stage of the selection process and made sure everything was agreed in writing before proceeding with the work. After that Michal in his team took over the co-ordination and worked seamlessly with the different companies to deliver us a kitchen that we are really enjoying using.

All projects have their ups and downs it's how they handled the downs that impressed me. They were always responsive.

Hey Amir - it’s great to finally hear from you! It’s been how long? Two years of not returning our calls and emails even though your staff continues to promise you will?
It’s wonderful to see such a shining example of your customer service here. Do you always fabricate stories and publicly disclose the private details of your customers? I thought you were smarter than that. Appreciate you checking in, though - we’re still quite happily married, thanks! Maybe things aren’t going so well for you at home or work?
Since your memory is as poor as your professionalism, allow me to clarify the facts for your prospective customers:
1. We paid $32,000 for what was promised to be a “high-quality” custom kitchen. The kitchen consists of only a 9-foot island and 11 feet of drawer and cabinet (seems like a lot at 2019 prices, right?).
2. You outsourced the build to Seville Cabinetry, who turned around and outsourced it to another manufacturer in Wisconsin, ultimately delivering a low-quality product that you won’t stand by or service.
3. The installation started in June of 2019. Due to numerous manufacturing and quality issues, the “initial” install took 6 months to complete.
4. There were additional issues not addressed until the late in 2020, after a Seville representative visited and acknowledged the manufacturing issues. Specifically, requiring the doors and panels you mentioned to be replaced because the manufacturer didn’t size them correctly.
5. Since then, the poor quality shows itself more everyday, and we’re now looking at simply replacing the cabinets.
It’s sad that rather than taking responsibility for the subpar quality and service, you choose to publicly disparage your clients. This is why we’re happy to share our experience.

Kuche + Cucina builds beautiful kitchens! I just completed my second kitchen with KC and it is stunning. The wood is luxurious, the design details with the porcelain and LED lights are elegant and most importantly, it functions extremely well and is a dream to cook in. Amir, Bill and Michal were all responsive when issues came up. I could not recommend them more highly

Terrible service. Bad attitude. Do not waste your time.
IN RESPONSE TO THE MANAGEMENT REPLY:
Let me be VERY clear. I do not have an issue with you not being aligned with the work i wanted done. Rather, my issue is with the communication style, tone and manner of the salesman. He was dismissive, rude and not at all helpful. Everything I said to him, he responded with a condescending tone and dismissive attitude.
It is one thing to guide a customer away from a plan that you do not think will suit their needs. It is another thing to treat a customer with rudeness and disrespect!!!
