I don't usually go with my wife shopping as I prefer to order things i needed online but this time I accompany my wife here at L.L. Bean and I enjoyed my time here. Lots of selection for men and the outdoor equipments and other products they offer is also a behold to see. Staff were also very respectful just waiting for us to ask t for their assistance.

One of the numerous stores in Paramus Mall that sells outdoor apparel and gear. Easy to find what you are looking for and spacious.

Whatsoever has happened to them. I mean for both on/ffline. Technically haven't been physically in store for a few yrs since moved out of area to CA. Well, I mean with beyond all of both of COVID/-19 and/or wokeness. Especially, as opposed to Eddie Bauer whom has totally lost it in my opinion. At the same this also applies to Paramus Park Mall has it reopened after going from indoors to now outdoor. From what I gather of course.

My order was partially missing the box was retaped several times. That was a red flag. I did take pictures of the box before I opened it, yes , there was half my order missing. I called immediately to explain the situation. Customer service at LL Bean was fantastic. I am very pleased haw they handled my situation and would give them 5 stars. Very happy with them.

Too expensive. Also, they don't carry wool shirts. Really? Are they fashion forward now??? They used to be old school. Not anymore!

My thoughts on LL Bean are amazing!!! I used to work at LL Bean as a group internship at Springboard in Paramus. I used to fold clothing with a folder, fix the tags on the sweaters, winter jackets, jeans, khakis, and hoodies. The staff at LL Bean were very nice to me. Sometimes, I go window shopping at LL Bean to check out men's clothing and khakis. LL Bean is a great clothing store to have a job and buy your clothes for your family since 1912.

LL Bean is a great place to have a job and buy clothes for your family since 1912. I used to work at LL Bean as a group internship with Springboard in Paramus. I used to fold clothes on the laundry folder, put the tags inside the jackets, khakis, jeans, sweaters, and children's clothing. The staff were very nice to me at LL Bean. I sometimes go window shopping at LL Bean with my mom to check out men's/women's clothing.

The manager Loralei was extremely rude and disrespectful to us during checkout. She rejected an exchange and gave us a lot of attitude.Then she sent an employee to follow us around as if we were stealing. After showing her my account with all our purchases. We made a $350 purchase and even so she gave us this behavior.Definitely will not recommend this store for customer service and definitely need to contact corporate about her behavior. I have visited over 10 LLB stores and my experience has always been positive. This has been the worst experience and I would like to file a formal complaint to the company and store. Her behavior was unacceptable.On the bright side, Sean was extremely helpful to my friend and helped him to place an online order for something they didn't have in the store. Thank you Sean.

Large amount of stock, including kayaks. Neat and clean. Very good customer service. The one bad thing is the prices are very high, which is normal for LLBean, so only 4 stars.
