We purchase Velae from dealership.
I call service 3 times and asked for periodic oil change. Service center does not know how much would be cost. All the time they says, manager will call back and give pricing. Very unprofessional. They asking to sch appointment and bring the car, they will let you know pricing after service. It would be $250 or $1250 , they are not sure.

Land Rover of Paramus is the best car dealership. This was my very first time buying a land rover car. I had an amazing experience buying a range rover after another dealer took my deposit last year and was not able to provide me with a car. Dody, my sales rep, along with the manager, sold me a range rover the minute I walk into the store without any issues. I am grateful to them! Highly recommended! You will not be disappointed!

We bought a car from this low quality dealership. We regret it. Everything was fine until we sold the car but after that it was very bad. They do not keep their promises. We were very victimized. Everyone should stay away from here. Be very careful!!!

They sold me a car with defective headlights. They said, "You buy this car, we will have this headlight installed." 7 months have passed. I visited about 40 times but they did not repair it. His words cannot be trusted at all. They tell all kinds of lies. Even a gallery in the middle of the street is better than this one.
You asked me for contact information. I sent it to you. Why aren't you interested??

Quick story about my experience:
After driving home in my new vehicle, I realized I left two window decals in my trade-in. These decals allow me to get in and out of the parking area of my job. I called Elvis (sales person) who helped me with my purchase to explain what I left behind and how desperately I needed them. Elvis and his team retrieved the decals from my old vehicle and sent them to me via FedEx. I was extremely grateful. Now, to some, this may seem insignificant but to me this demonstrates how the team at Paramas Jaguar Land Rover go above and beyond for their clientele.
They have a great selection of vehicles to choose from too ;)
