I haven’t even been to the store but already know I’ll be going there. Jasmine took her time to help me with some questions on a type of jeans. Her advice was very helpful.

The store looks new and fresh,
Good decor.
Also I see some wonderful deals for daily office folks,
Some of the collections are looking cool for summer.

I HAD A TERRIBLE ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE. THEY ADVERTISED CLOTHERING SIZES TO LEAD YOU TO THINK THE SIZES IS CORRECT AND WHEN YOU ATTEMPT TO RETURN THE ITEM THEY ANNOUNCE THERE IS A CHARGE. THE CHARGE TO RETURN IS SIGNIFICANTLY MORE THAN WHAT IT COST THEM TO SHIP AN ITEM. THIS MONEY MAKING SCHEME IS NOT EXPLAINED ON THEIR WEBSITE. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND USE AMAZON.

I was tasked with returning my husband’s gifts without receipts and thought returning to a brick and mortar store the best way to go. After reading the mixed reviews here, I was expecting an argument. I was wrong. The sales reps could not have been more helpful! Tanya issued a credit and showed me how to use the in-store online kiosk to get the right size, color and free shipping on the shirt he wanted. A most pleasant hybrid transaction.
