Great place to shop and prices are great too. The one in rt 17 is great the one in rt 46 is okay I hope they were close to me, I know they can do great here. ( Bergen county).

Love this shopping experience. Different from the normal supermarkets. Have to say the imported German coffee is great. We love it. Also love getting some of the bakery items. Any time we pass by on Rt 17S , we make a point of stopping in. Check it out!
Lidl is place that you can get in and out of very easily, lines are pretty much none existant here like Shoprite, Stop and Shop and other large conglomerates that penny pinch on labor causing lines and backup , even at the deli counter. There is generally one person on the front end to help if it is needed, but generally, you are cashing yourself out at a self checkout which seems to always work fine. Prices are competitive and sometimes better, depending on what you are looking for.

The quality of their dinner rolls (Brötchen) and croissants have plummeted in the past weeks. My reason to go on Sundays was for their Brötchen and Croissants. I’d end up buying so many other things as a result too. After 4x going and being disappointed, I no longer bother. They reeled me in, but now I’m released.

The store itself was great. Well stocked & clean.
Unfortunately there were no cashiers which left self check out my only option.
If time allowed I would have left & shopped elsewhere. I have a job & it’s not working for Lidl! I feel if consumers are scanning their own orders they should receive some sort of discount.

This was our first visit to this newly opened Lidl. However, we were disappointed in the store management. The store looked dark and cramped inside. One in bergenfield was much more vibrant and open.
