If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I never would shop there.The worst part is the manager she is very unprofessional. I was in the store for 10 minutes and not one employee ask me if I need help. I saw 7 people come in the store the same time and walked out because not one helped them..The manager had all her friends in the store playing and talking to them without helping customers. Very unprofessional on her part.Not to mention very rude

No one ever answers the phone at this place. They cant be busy all day everyday. Pick up the phone, customers are calling

Pretty unprofessional people in there. I walk in and ask if they have a certain Yankees brimmed hat and this woman who was sitting behind the counter didnt even look up from her phone and just said “no”. I found I hat I wanted, and was waiting about 5 minutes to pay and the same woman was still on her phone and it took a coworker to mention that I was ready to pay. Another situation that happened, not with myself with another customer is a kid wanting a jersey, they gave the kid smart, choppy answers I felt bad for him. Super unprofessional and should really lay off there phones and help out the people that come in.

I stopped by yesterday and let me tell you the young guy that was there, lacks professionalism and customer service skills. He never greeted us upon entering the store, never even helped us with anything. To the point that I had to call him from the back to ask for help, just ridiculous and disappointing.

Tried buying a hat for my kids bday. Employees closed store 30 mins earlier. Where’s the manager ?? Seems like this store needs to hold someone accountable.

I was initially hesitant coming to this location based on the reviews. But glad I went anyway to get my own experience. Christopher was one of the sales associate who assisted me. Great customer service and mannerisms. Thank you Chris for helping me get my first baseball cap.

Expect the people by the embroidery not to help at all. There’s a line at the check out and nothing going on at the embroidery station? That’s ok, they too busy looking at social media to help their own employees let alone the customers. I remember back when I first got my hat, the best experience and help but now, “whatever is on the wall” is the most help you will get.

The customer service is horrible, you are making a purchase they are so quick to make sales they forget to tell u the policy or return policies before even checking out. So now when you come back to do a return or whatever is u need to do they so quick to turn u down. I will continue to shop there and write a review until they get it right.Attitudes are disgusting as well I mean I didn’t give the job at Lids.

Literally stepped out of the store for 1 minute at 7:30, I walk right back and the employee let me in. Asked nicely if I could just go inside and buy the item I already had picked out, and he agreed. Imagine a business that lets you go inside for 30 seconds to buy an item… no worries guys Amazon can’t take my money.
