I come here often to buy gifts, but I always have the best experiences! The lady that works here (whom I see very often) greets us with great hospitality and generosity. Every time I ask her to gift wrap the products, she does it very neatly with care, which makes me choose l'Occitane, and this location specifically, for gifts. Thank you always!

I came in wanting to try the viral shower oil that everyone seems to be using. The store was very well kept. The sales associate (who’s in the pic slightly) was so kind and helpful. I was not knowledgeable about the products and she answered all my questions and was patient with me. She let me try out the shower oil on my hand at the station and also other products in the line. I purchased the body oil and shower oil. She even offered a deal they have currently going on that my purchase fell under and gave me free samples.

Yesterday on 12/11/2024 I had a very disappointing experience at L’Occitane that I feel compelled to share. With my hands full of bags do to Christmas shopping, I walked in and was greeted by Jackson. She started to help me; however, I noticed she felt type nervous in her recommendations, and was looking at Pam who I guess is her manager, who never acknowledged me or helped Jackson, because she was so busy looking at her computer. Poor customer service on Pam’s part. After making my way to the register to pay for the item that Jackson assisted me with, I noticed there was a tall floor basket filled with items. I expressed to Pam since she was closer to me than Jackson was that I couldn’t get to the register because of the basket, Pam looked at me, and turned away to her computer again. I took it upon myself and moved the basket. Boxes on display accidentally fell, Pam rushed to the display and said my bags dropped the boxes. I explained items fell due to the cluttered set up around the register. Instead of understanding the situation Pam I guess manager, seemed more interested in placing blame than addressing the issue professionally. I was taken aback when I noticed Pam speaking about me behind my back to Jackson which made me feel disrespected and unwelcomed. It’s disheartening to see a business operate in such a way, where customers are not treated with courtesy and respect. I expect a more supportive response especially in a situation that was clearly a result of inadequate on their part. Instead I was made to feel as though I was at fault for something that was beyond my control. Overall my experience at this L’Occitane location was extremely disappointing. I hope that management takes this feedback to heart and works to improve their customer service and training for staff. I certainly will think twice before returning to a place where I felt more like a nuisance than a valued customer.

Worst service out of all Loccitane locations I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to plenty in NY and NJ. Rude, disrespectful, not helpful at all. Never coming back. At some point I just wanted to leave everything and simply walk out. Thinking back I should have done that instead of still burning with fury and humiliation after a week passed by. I wished I remembered the name of the person that “assisted” me to warn others to stay away on the days she is there.

had a super nice experience with a sales associate named sophia! she was super sweet and knew exactly what to recommend! i went with the shea fab oil and the cleaning milk cleanser! both smelled very yummy! ?

There was good deals when I went here with my wife. The saleswoman was nice and helped her find some fragrances. There is also 2 sinks there so you can try soaps out.

I just had the best experience at this location. Mamica (hope I’m spelling her name right), was so helpful and friendly. She made my day. I came in to buy my friend a gift and now feel inclined to try more l’occitane products for myself. Nice to have a wonderful and helpful sales associate!

Last night my husband and I stepped in this store, we went in to just grab some products we usually get. We were greeted by this wonderful employee she was Albanian. She took her time to explain facial products, gave us testers to try at home and showed us how to use them, she did all of this casually in a conversation about work, life and everything in between. What a refreshing 20 minutes, even though we are in the middle of a pandemic, I forgot about all the world’s problems for a brief time. Thank you for everything. We will definitely be back and we’ll make sure to be there when she is on the clock. ♥️
