Aixa was so amazing. She went out of her way to provide above and beyond customer service for my mom who was shopping for a special event. Even when she had very difficult customers she managed to continue smiling and speak kindly to them!

The store is a bit small and stocked to the brim. Feels cramped BUT for such a small store and a rather old mall, they have a lot of inventory and a very friendly and a helpful staff. They also have a lot of petite options. I would choose this loft over the one at the Westfield Plaza.

I went into LOFT Paramus Park today with my mom in hopes that I could find a dress for a family Gender Reveal. I was absolutely blown away how amazing the staff is at this location. The lady in the fitting room (so sorry for forgetting your name! Cuban with three beautiful children!) was the sweetest and most helpful I have probably ever encountered. After a small price misunderstanding, the manager honored the price without question and no hesitation. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! You are all amazing!

I’ve shopped here for over ten years and have the credit card as well. Cannot return merchandise I purchased two months ago with tags attached and receipt, even for store credit at lowest selling price? Really? I own dozens of Loft tops dresses jeans etc- will never shop here again and will cancel my card. Sorry but a 30 day return policy can be flexible, and to not even give a store credit? See ya.
