We went shopping this morning at Lowe’s and had a great experience. We met the most wonderful ladies in the store and they gave us the best customer service that I ever received in a long time.
We did have our little sidekick Rex with us and he received a lot of attention.
The store was fully stocked and everyone was going to give us a hand if needed.
The restaurants were currently under renovation And we had to use some premium restrooms outside that were portable.
The only downside was the restrooms did need some cleaning though And it was already 7:30 in the morning.

I have to give 5 stars to the store after having a huge ordeal few wks back store head boss reached and we spoke and I have to say thank you bc it made me feel like even though we shoppers are the little people the store head boss made me feel it mattered what happened so thank you and especially thank you again to jabmir for always being awesome and on point this man knows his stuff with Lowes !!

I rarely write reviews, but I have to acknowledge the amazing customer service and experience we had at the Paramus Lowes location. We are redoing our deck and the Pro Specialist Vince was very knowledgeable and took his time to address all our concerns. Vince was able to work within our budget and did not try to upsell us on anything. We compared prices at the Paramus Home Depot and not only received horrible customer service, but were quoted over $1K more for the EXACT same materials! When we returned to Lowes to finalize our purchase, Vince recognized us and addressed us by name. He also went out of his way to help me with my unruly small kids. In fact, my 5 year-old-asked me if we could visit Vince and Lowes again. Thank you to Lowes and Vince for helping to make this a stress-free experience. We will be back!

Worst customer service ever! Delivery not getting delivered, they put you on hold for a half hour and then hang up on you! Call back, same thing! You check delivery status and it says out for delivery yet the truck is sitting in Paramus! Do not get anything shipped! Rent a truck and get your material yourself!

No one is ever in the paint department while it’s after usual work hours.
Never getting paint here again, so rude to be waiting and waiting and waiting. Not first time with that either but goodness some of us only have a few hours after work to get things done, not waste them waiting for an employee.
I’ve been coming here for years and also 70/30 woman discrimination with thousand questions and trying to give me product I don’t need. If I were a man you’d take me more seriously?? Tired of being tolerant and brushing it off. It’s actually really annoying.

Don't think I'll ever go back here. It took almost an hour to get two bags of rocks and three plants. There was one check out open in the garden center with over 20 people on line. Inside the lumber check out was only open. Everything else was self check out.
When I got to my car the one bag opened up and rocks spilt all over the cart. I was so upset I just left it, because I knew no-one would be available inside to help. Horrible customer service.
It's a reminder as to why I rather support small businesses.

Nice Lowe's. Very clean almost to clean for a hardware store. Not a lot of people to assist you. Great nursery here.

Ordered an item for in-store pick-up. Received email confirmation that my order was ready for pick-up. Once I get to the store, they can't find the item. Turns out the item was out of stock, and I wasted over an hour driving and waiting. Had they canceled the order this morning without wasting my time, I could have ordered from a different Lowes and picked up this evening. But instead, I now have to wait until tomorrow to get my item, but this time I'll order from their competitor.
