Customer service at this location is by far the fastest and friendliest I've ever experienced. I needed to rent a truck in order to get my outdoor project materials home. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Margaret at the returns/service area. Everything was a breeze. She explained how the rental works, my time limit, EVERYTHING! She also assisted me with a return at the same time. When I returned the rental truck, it took no time at all and I was on my way. Thank you Margaret for making the process a breeze.

What an amazement and then again not very amazing. I've been going to this Lowe's since it opened. Prior to opening I had to drive down the Rutherford or over the Route 21 in Paterson but being as they moved over here in Paramus where the old Stanley Warner theater was it's like five minutes from my home and I can and ShopRite at the same time when I go out. I have to state from the beginning that the problem wasn't with them per se. It's with a Samsung washer that turned out to be a manufacturer defect that rotted out from inside within a three year period. After five service calls, it was found that the inside of the machine had eroded , and it was recommended by the repair company for them to credit me with enough money to buy a new machine. The problem started from my wife went to Lowe's to purchase a new machine and she didn't have her coupon in her hand when she called me. I texted my Notes where I store all my important messages. As I just had a major surgery and I really wasn't into the mood going out of the house , I got a second call from her that they could not find the coupon nor a credit on my account. After a round and round circle, the woman in the appliance area demanded that she either me or my ID at the store as proof that she was who she was, and they knew purchase was going to be approved by me. My wife has been on my account since we open the account nearly 15 years ago and should not need any verification but she drove home got my ID and went back and they continued to give her problems. I had to get up out of my bed after my major surgery and drive to the store that only had 20 people shopping in the store because it was a high probability of a major storm. After requesting a manager and waiting proximately 10 minutes coming from the warehouse was an older gentleman That addressed me in request of who I was and what I needed. I begin telling him the story of how the product we bought at his store. That certainly was not his doing and it was a problem with Samsung however, I recounted the problems my wife had trying to buy another machine with a certified credit on an account that is a family account and he came up with several snarky remarks. This person that was wearing their typical Lowe's vest with his name on. It certainly didn't look to me to be managerial material but again in this day and age even a dog can be a manager of a Lowe's or a Home Depot. Finally, when I exclaim to him that his nastiness would be reported to the corporate office , he simply continued his obnoxious attitude and said well do you want the number to the office pal? After realizing that the only way to punish these kind of people is to not do business in our store. I went online to this Yelp and noticed that they barely have two yellow stars which means they're just being carried by the Corporate offices because in this area of Bergen county They should have five solid red stars because it is the wealthiest county in the state and the people in this area generally do high volume business as well as the contractors. I got home. I got on my computer and looked up the Corporate email and sent them off a letter of what occurred and so far it's been two days and no response which shows me that they certainly won't be undercover boss anytime soon. Like one of the other posters on this site said I'll have to repeat it. This site needs to put negative stars included of businesses, but I don't think these companies truly care about their reviews because they know how bad they are.

I recently visited the appliance department in your Paramus store, and I had the pleasure of interacting with Claude. His expertise and customer-centric approach left a lasting impression. I purchased a stainless steel range hood yesterday, but when I got it home, it was the wrong color. When I came back to complain, Claude was able to not only fix the problem but he turned what could have been a mundane transaction into a delightful experience. Thank you to Claude for going above and beyond. You've gained a loyal customer.

The grumpy old man who worked in the light bulb department the evening of Wed, 2/21/24 needs customer service training. No wonder the store was empty... it's probably because of rude employees like him. Not to mention he gave me incorrect information. He told me two types of light bulbs were the same. When I googled it, I found out they were not.

I have a issue I need addressed right away because I am about to call #abc7onyourside. My husband and I came and purchased a Samsung refrigerator 3 weeks ago. Everything was ok for delivery 2 days after. I made all my preparations and waited all day for the delivery, no one called or showed up, when I called customer service, it kept saying delivery is on its way. I called out from my job because I didn't know if they were still coming. No one showed up. No one called or anything. Anyway, I got through to customer service the next day and they filed a complaint. Later that day, someone called me from the store and said he doesn't know what is going on with the order but he would call me back, he never did. I asked for a refund more than a week ago and up to this point, still no refund. This is so unprofessional and such an unpleasant experience. I didn't know this is how they treat customers poorly. Can i just get my refund, thats all i need.Don't post something nice on here for the public to see because you know we can't reply, cause that's what these companies do and quite often, nothing they say is being done. I just need my money back. I had bought the Samsung 25c mega capacity.

Very informed about everything, they didn't try to shove things we don't need in our faces and got us to take cheaper items that would serve us better.Thank you particularly to Vincent, who helped so much.

Absolutely horrible store! I have been a customer for decades but not anymore! Outrageously overpriced, really bad just horrible customer service, cannot find any assistance! Only one thing I like to go to this store 2000 Bergen Town Center,, Paramus NJ is always empty and no customers! Nearby Home Depot stores are alway busy and crowded because everything is cheaper and the services are way better and easier than Lowe’s! Lowe’s must listen your customers voices and their reviews if you want to stay in the business!

As a disable person, it was great to find out that they provided electric cars to do my shopping, went to homedepot first, and couldn't find what I was looking for , found it a Lowes.
