Today, May 27, I experienced a distressing and humiliating incident involving a cashier and a manager. Initially, the cashier made multiple errors while processing my transaction, causing delays. After finally completing the transaction, I noticed that an item was missing from my receipt. I informed another cashier about the issue. Despite my explanation, she insisted there couldn't be a problem. After checking, she realized there was indeed an issue but continued to claim there was no issue.
I requested that the mistake be corrected so I could pay for the item that was in my bag but not on the receipt. The cashier became upset and denied there was an issue. When I asked for the manager, she walked away, saying her manager was coming.
When the manager arrived, instead of addressing the problem, he belittled me and subjected me to verbal abuse. He repeatedly made derogatory remarks, treating me as if I were insignificant. Despite my request for him to review the security footage, he dismissed my concerns and continued to berate me. I felt deeply shaken, attacked, and violated by this encounter. Stay away from this store.

My partner purchases from this location. Store is always well kept but very busy. Staff is functioning depending on the crowd inside the store. Sometimes not enough staff for the amount of patrons needing help. Men’s pants definitely runs out frequently for 36 size. So selection might be fewer for then average stores. Value might be pricey but good quality l.

The crew in this store are phenomenal, definitely trained by adults, impressive. The quality of Lulu 2024 even surpasses 2018, pants stitched flawlessly, zipper durability has been upgraded too. Other clowns like Fabeletics tries to get in on the action and it's a joke; stopped by there first, thinking, you know, "give them a shot, save some bucks maybe". Heck with that, I spent $300 on three pieces that will likely last me ten years and the fit a functionality of the gear from Lulu is well-thought-out.

had a very negative experience today when trying to get information about an item. i called ahead to ask if they could fulfill my request and was told yes. when i came in to get it done i was met by an OLDER MAN WITH WHITE HAIR behind the counter. he was extremely condescending and rude when he was responding to me. making me feel like my request was stupid and so was i. apparently he couldn’t help me so he took me to another worker. proceeded to speak as if i was a moron and embarrassed me. i told the woman that he brought me to (who also could not help me with my request) what had occurred and received no apology, her only response was “ok” i was uncomfortable and left without any resolution and felt embarrassed to go back in. doesn’t hurt to be kind smh

Women behind the counter at this store was extremely rude, unhelpful, and disrespectful. I went to the location in Montvale after this and the staff there was way nicer and super helpful!Super disappointed my the behavior of the employee at this store.

I love lululemon but their customer service isn’t great. i have been trying to call for over an hour and no one answers the phone. i also called other local lulu’s and every single one answered. this store must be very busy an hour after they open.

By far the nicest and most helpful staff at any of the Lululemon I have been to.Store was packed for the holidays and they seemed to manage the crowd well.

Staff is definitely not friendly maybe just 1 or 2. Employees seem to hate the job so they take it out on you . Kid with blode hair and nose ring had such an attitude yesterday omg I love the brand but will never shop here store isn’t diverse
