I had an amazing experience with Ava and Emmitt! Their customer service was absolutely phenomenal! one of the best I’ve ever received. They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. It’s rare to come across such exceptional service, and I truly appreciate their professionalism and care. Highly recommend! I did get two bubble bath bombs! I’m super excited to use it!

Forgive me if I’m wrong but Alaina, the beautiful girl with the blue wing eyeliner and the curly hair was an absolute doll and I’ve never had such a pleasant experience in a store in my life. I truly appreciate her and I will definitely be back. Her energy is everything and her knowledge also is through the roof.. what an amazing human being! This store has a wide selection of products. But it is incredibly small! It reminds me of the corner location of lush in freehold mall. But I do think that lush move locations to much bigger space. This one definitely needs an upgrade. It’s an incredibly small and tight space. And when it comes to fragrant body products, it can be a little bit overwhelming. Everything is touching everything and causing it to all smell the same. I wish there was a little bit more of a separation of products from different sections. For example, why is haircare on the same table as body care. Bath bombs are right next to body lotions. Everything almost like piled on top of each other. they also have a two sample per person rule. I have never heard of this before. Lush is actually infamous for a long consumers to sample products, try them on in store, and even give massages and demos. But here you can only take home two samples to try.

I'd like to take a moment to appreciate a staff member at Garden State Plaza in NJ, Steph. When there was a glitch in my order and I went to pick it up, Steph called Lush for me and worked out a solution with a smile! Steph was very kind and caring and the level of care was excellent! Everyone at Garden State Plaza is always so nice and friendly! Thank you so much!

GO SEE CHINA. If I could end the review there I would. The employee china is by far one of the best and most expert liaison I have ever met at a lush location. Need a gift? She’s got options, having skin problems? She’s got the solution. Is your hair not looking perfect? She can fix it. From start to finish china is your go to for everything lush. I literally stopped in to check for limited time products they carry, and ended up with a whole bunch of new products that I am very pleased with. China offered explained and demonstrated anything and everything that can help with you daily shower routines. She wasn’t pushy or aggressive at all, she took her time explained everything, offered samples, and gave good suggestions and recommendations. That girl could sell me a car if this was a dealership. What I’m saying is if you’re discouraged by the lush brand and don’t know where to start, china is the girl to take you on your better and cleaner journey. I ended up purchasing some repeat products that I usually buy, along with some new items I never discovered before. China also helped me make a last minute gift. She went above and beyond to help me pick out products, package, and present me with a well thought out gift. The store is immaculate, very clean very well labeled and fully stocked. The negative about this location are none I can’t find any. The additional employees there are great to they also helped out to find exactly what we need. If you’re thinking about getting into the lush brand and exploring better cosmetics, do visit this location and ask for China.

This is my usual go-to Lush. I’ve been going here for many years off and on. I always always always enjoy the conversations and the knowledge that Stephanie has. You can tell that they genuinely want to be there, they love what they do, and enjoy the interactions they have with their customers.
I just met Juniper this visit, and they are also lovely!
It’s so hard to find really good customer service these days (as someone who manages a store myself), and this Lush’s got it all.
I so very much enjoy the brand, the sustainability, and the wonderful people they employ.
