My sofa I purchased in Dec 2022 not even a year my sofa looks horrible over $2000 for one sofa I have a love seat over 10 yrs still looks better than this…they refuse to do anything and it still in warranty.. waste of money don’t buy from here…

We recently purchased two couches, one for our basement and one for the living room. Sean provided excellent service . He was patient and super informative when we asked lots of questions . Our setup for a scheduled delivery and the actual delivery were super seamless. Thanks Sean!

My second super experience in mattress purchases, assisted both times by Ned! Came back to buy my second mattress set because of the smooth experience of the first purchase. Ned is helpful, and very informative and knowledgeable about all of the products and helps you find the perfect fit! I travelled an hour out of NY to this NJ location only because of him! Highly recommend Macys and Ned to assist you too! I wasn't much of a Macy's customer, but I am now!

My husband and I bought a sectional couch for 4,200 exactly two years ago. The couch seems are coming apart, the cushions are coming apart at the seems and when you sit on it your hear the springs. We paid $500 for the extended warranty and had the repair service coke out to tell us they can’t do anything for us. This is absolutely disgusting for the amount of money we have spent. We previously had a couch from Raymond and Flannigan for 9 years and never had an issue. The only reason we bought a new set was because we were updating our living room. I would never recommend anyone shopping at Macys furniture. They absolutely do not stand behind their products. Go elsewhere, I promise you’ll be happier.

Delivery service is awful and ruined my walls. White glove service they claim and charge $300. To cause more than $500 in damage. Horrible horrible horrible.

I have had a Macy's credit card since i was 17, i have always like them and shopped there, but we bought a couch and mattress from the store in Paramus - i feel like we were robbed. The couch's wood frame snapped and they replaced that section, the new section has a broken zipper and the frame became unattached from the couch - a guys came over screwed 2 large screws in (while he had me stand on the frame to hold it down) and said it was all fixed, but did not address the broken sipper holding the pillows on (customer service had no notes from the guy, so we need to repeat the process). We also bought a $3,800 mattress (which is not a cheap mattress) IT SLOPES ON BOTH SIDES IN LESS THEN 1 1/2 YEARS - THEY WILL NOT REPLACE UNLESS THE SLOPE SHOWS 1 1/2 INCHES 9BUT THERE IS A PILLOW TOP SO, IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN) - THIS $3,800 MATTRESS IS NOT COMFORTABLE NOW, YOU CAN FEEL THE SLOPE OR HUMP IN THE MIDDLE AND THEY WILL NOT REPLACE IT - BUY FURNITURE SOMEWHERE ELSE, STICK TO SHIRT AND UNDERWEAR FROM MACY'S!!!!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE REALLY LACKS ALSO! just and all around crappy experience, crappy products and crappy customer service - but the sales people sure took the $$ fast (they all act like used car salesmen - FYI).

The salespeople, as well as store managers are all liars. They make promises they do not keep. Not 1. We ordered a sectional in Nov and it's just getting delivered today, Tara the manager is the biggest liar out of all them. I will never purchase from Macy's again. Macy's is the only store that lies, gives you problems with an order and they even lied about the delivery. Their sales is the only reason we went their and it's now understandable why they lower prices, so they can get consumers in. The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. DO NOT SHOP MACY'S. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MACY'S PARAMUS TO MY DOGS. THE MANAGER TARA LIES ABOUT EVERYTHING. THE SALES PERSON WHO WORKED WITH US ALSO LIED ABOUT EVERYTHING. I WISHED THEY JUST TOUCHED ME. THEY WOULDN'T HAVE KNOWN WHAT HIT THEM.
