"It's the Magic of Macy's.." Love how organized this Macy's is, and spacious, as well as clean, much better than GS Plaza, also it doesn't get as crowded either so that's a plus: NEW UPDATE: I also think that the parking lot on the outside is a bit dim, there needs to be a set of flood lamps and adequate lighting for the safety and security of the employees and customers alike, plus this particular "Macy's" is the only anchor store in this mall, as a matter of fact, I honestly think "Paramus Park Mall" needs some adjustments and some renovations so GS Plaza doesn't take all the glory, lastly, before this Macy's used to be an A&S store which was short for "Abraham & Straus..."

first time i experience on this store , just pay my wife credit card bill, but the lady on the counter name Jazmin, are not really good in costumer, the way she ask the questions, and when she just give me bill & receipts and i ask her please staple it together, then she grab the bills on my hand,i think she need to be train for the proper costumer service

The Macys’s in the Paramus Park mall is great. It is clean and very well organized. Tony, who helped us purchase some luggage was outstanding. I asked a ton of questions and never once felt hurried. I highly recommend this particular Macy’s location but more importantly to seek out Tony. It brought back memories of how buying something used to be.

Tony at the Paramus Park, NJ location went above and beyond to make my shopping most enjoyable. I was purchasing a small piece of luggage for my young grandson. Tony went out of his way to make sure I found just the right gift. He listened and was very professional. Macys at Paramus Park Mall in NJ is very fortunate to have such a devoted salesman!!!
