When you visit this store, I hope you’re lucky enough to run into Brandon- he is ultra polite, friendly and has a killer fashion sense! Honestly everyone is really sweet but he is always genuinely willing to offer advice if you’re on the fence about an item. And he’s always right, in my case :)

Worst experience ever with this particular store location staff. How am I supposed to know when you don’t mention that the item is a final sale with no indication on the tag or on the receipt and that it cannot be returned or exchanged?!! I would have tried it if you mentioned it before the purchase and now I’m stuck with 3 items that don’t fit me properly. Train your staff properly to provide a clear explanation to your customers. That’s the basic of the sales.

Please stop spraying the whole store with Lysol. There are people severely allergic to this toxic spray. Who wants their clothing to reek of chemicals. Service is also not great.

I drove an hour to this Madewell location hoping to find very specific jeans that I need immediately, and Brandon did not disappoint! So grateful for all of his help, was totally worth the drive :)

The most amazing staff! I've been looking for jeans forever, but have had no luck until now. Found a great pair, but they were way too long. The staff offered other options, but only the long ones fit comfortably. Then the staff told me about their free hemming service, but the problem was it would take too long. I'm visiting family from overseas, and I'd be flying home the day the pants would be available again. The staff called their tailor and arranged for her to come earlier in time for me to get them before going home! I could not believe how accommodating they were! Thank you so much for your help. I'm very excited to get my pants ?

Came in to deal with an issue from the website on Black Friday. Maddie took the time to call a few different stores, find the sold out item, and order it for the same place. Went above and beyond to help!

Would leave a 2.5 if I could. Only positive from stopping in is that the employees were super kind (though not at all attentive) — and Vejas.Dressing rooms were a bit dirty, waaay too much inventory out (cluttered feeling on the floor), absolutely NO 34” jeans carried in-store (Men’s)…not to mention that they do not even offer the size I’d need!I’m honestly peeved as I loved the fabric and general fit of the jeans I tried on (Athletic Slim) — I *myself* AM athletic and slim…so it’s deeply unsettling to see you offer *40x30* and not 28x34 or 29x34, but I guess you’re right, Madewell. That’s where America’s heading. Thank you for reminding me of how great Lucky Brand is!

Madewell has cool clothes, and styles I don’t see everywhere. I bought a nice jacket from the clearance rack that feels high quality. Everything appears to be made well (pun intended) and the store staff were very friendly.
