A total ripoff!! Make sure your merchandise it’s intact cause if you purchased and find it damaged don’t even bother to get refund or exchange, there’s 2 managers that apparently look too much x files or forensic movies, cause they got into a meeting to look out for a stupid thing to not refund your money!! Literally poorest customer service ever ??? funny things is that their policy says you can return the item without the receipt even though they gave me a hard time cause the item was damaged in their store , Marshalls you make a lot of money !! get managers with customer service culture!! Stop hiring monkeys !

For me, stores like this are the best, they always have many varieties, in addition to this I love the prices, many offers and many branches everywhere.I think they have taken the position that the Century 21 chain had before the pandemic, the latter for me before the pandemic were the best, but I have been several times in recent trips and nothing to see.We liked Marshall much more, totally recommended.

Amazing prices and selection for men and baby boys. However the lines are so beyond slow. If you’re coming, prepare to spend 30 minutes on line

Your cashier #1214 and the “manager” she called over completely humiliated me this morning while I attempted to make a return. I returned two items both with the tags still on and my receipt. Apparently one of the tops I was returning had an incorrect tag on it. It was marked $39.99 and as a two piece but I purchased it as a top only. There is no way for a customer to know that by looking at the tag. It was only after she scanned the tag that I was told. I told the cashier I purchased it just like that and she called the “manager”, an Indian woman over. Neither of them had name tags on so I don’t know their names. This lady walks over and rips the tag off and said it wasn’t the tag for that item and they couldn’t accept the return. Her tone was accusatory as if I had switched the tags myself. Keep in mind my entire purchase on that receipt totaled $180. I had purchased several items. So I asked her to explain how it was my fault that Marshall’s put the incorrect tag on it. And I asked how a customer would be able to tell an incorrect tag was on an item? When I purchased it nothing was mentioned to me. My receipt matches the tag and I paid $39.99 for this item. The Indian woman told me to go back to the Marshalls where I purchased it to return. Excuse me? I refused and asked to speak to the store manager. She said that person was in a meeting. So I said I’m not going anywhere. After an entire back and forth they accepted my return. I shop at Marshall’s, TJ maxx, and Homegoods on a weekly basis and I have never been treated like that. I certainly don’t have the time or need to switch any tags and to be accused of doing that is offensive. I was completely mortified.

Golf wear is like $16.99 or $19.99. How can I not love this place?? Of course the store is not organized but no complain. So cheap.
