Great store, good prices

I bought a linen pants from this Marshall’s store. When I got home, I noticed a stain on the back. The next day, I went back with the receipt to return it. The woman at the register said they couldn’t take it back. I asked to speak with the manager. The manager came and said they couldn’t accept the return without the price tag.
I said, “I have the receipt. I just bought it yesterday. How could I have washed it? There was a stain I didn’t notice at the store.” Still, they refused to accept the return.
The cashier and the other two employees were very rude and disrespectful. They laughed at my situation and joked about it with the manager. I told them it wasn’t funny, but they didn’t care.
These three employees clearly don’t know how to treat customers. If the manager has no manners, of course the staff won’t either. I will not let this go. It was a terrible experience.

Poor service - manager patty is incapable, along with the rest of her team who are nasty, unhelpful, unaware of store policies and had a terrible demeanor. Store wouldn’t refund my purchase after I had to call the 1800 number twice in front of them who said that I could return the item. Horrible wait time and on top of the it was a disorganized and messy store. Certainly will not be purchasing any items from Marshalls or their sister companies going forward. Beyond disappointed.

Girl would not take back a return of shoes on 10/14 am with tag all labels and everthing on it from shoes bought 2 days prior because she thought it was damaged even though that's the design of the shoe. Horrible attitude

Can be messy, a bit cluttered and hard to find products, however there’s always a lucky find here never ever disappoints and there’s something for everyone. Parking is fairly ok pending the time and day you go.

Extremely poor customer service. The pretend male manager was very rude and automatically started raising his voice before he even approached me regarding a return. I don't understand how they are still open. Racist behavior.
