Purchased a 2021 Sprinter 2500 and the factory has sent out 3 recalls on this vehicle. All related to software upgrade. Since this vehicle was purchased as a work van, I politely asked Mercedes-Benz of Paramus service department for a loaner vehicle of any kind so that I can get to work while the recall issue is being resolved. The service department said they will call me back. After 3 weeks of not hearing from anyone I decided to call them and had to reiterate the whole process again. After a long hold, the service manager came on the phone said that they will not provide a loaner because it is a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van. I asked why and they said they just don't. Without further explanation from them, I was reluctant to have the van fixed. I'm currently driving a van with faulty software issues that is of no cause by me. I WILL NEVER EVER PURCHASE ANY VEHICLE FROM MERCEDES-BENZ OF PARAMUS. THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMER. VERY MEAN AND DISHONEST. ALL IN FOR THE MONEY AND NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. WORSE DEALER EVER. WOULD YOU GO THERE? I KNOW I WOULD NOT. STEVEN.

Highly recommend this dealership.... Attentive clean and patient.... One of the best dealerships I have ever been to! Keenan Phil and Juan are amazing guys! The transition and transaction were smooth and efficient. I could not of asked for a better experience. They even provide food and beverages while you wait. These gentlemen did not try to take advantage of me or my situation. You will not go to another dealership! Dont forget to ask for Keenan and Phil!

I recently had a crack in my front wheel on my Mercedes 2015 S550 4matic. I went online to mbparts.mbusa.com and priced the wheel at $768.00, however I needed the car, and could not wait for the order to come in. I purchased a wheel in the past (1 Sep 20) from Mercedes Benz of Paramus L766 and was given a 10% military discount. I am a retired Army veteran. I returned to the Paramus dealer and the parts department personnel told me that the wheel was in stock at a cost of $1084.50 plus a $150.00 core charge. I asked for the Military Discount and was told that they do not offer Military discounts. I informed them that I had received a Military discount in the past and was told that they no longer offer the discount. As a veteran, and a Mercedes Benz owner, I could not believe that this was happening. However, I needed the part, and I purchased it. Mercedes Benz should have in my opinion consistency in the parts purchasing process. I should receive the same price online as well as the dealer. I do not understand why I could not receive a Military discount that was once offered. I also do not understand why there is a cost difference of $316.50. I will be hesitant to use this dealer again and will look for a Mercedes Benz dealer who is continually thankful for the services of our veterans and provides them with a much-deserved Military discount.

I've gotten 3 cars from here already, the staff is knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects. Always have loaners available while your car gets fixed , and so simple to work with. Recently I had an issue with my passenger door and I called in to speak to someone. They got me into the shop that same day and fixed it in a few minutes. Just wonderful service. Claudio, the service manager there, was nothing but professional and helpful! I recommend letting these guys work on my car without hesitation. Highly recommended

So far - not so good. I had my first service for my new car scheduled at my house- an option suggested to me by the dealership. They cancelled on me only an hour and a half before they were to arrive. I rescheduled and the same again- cancelled less then an hour before. After dealing with that aggravation, I had to drive to the dealership and drop off my car tohave my service done. I asked for a loaner car, but they offered me uber rides instead- which was fine. The inconvenience of having to change my schedule around two consecutive times was very frustrating. Hopefully things will improve.

I brought in my car for a recall and a check engine light service. The service manager Troy was a pro's pro. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt with all inquiries I had after dropping off the vehicle. Pretty poor when it comes to service. Our Mercedes rotted out around itself due to faulty sub frame design. We had to have it towed in for the recall work. They wouldn't provide a loaner or any reimbursement for lost time. We had to pay out of pocket for not one, not two but three weeks worth of rentals. Marquee brand with McDonald's service. Aside from that, while we were there pleading our case, I wondered around the showroom looking at various cars for over a half hour. Not one salesperson said boo to me. They aren't too eager to sell cars but I guess this is fair because they aren't too eager to fix them, either. Lastly, a cafe? Really? Even the Hyundai dealership throws you a cup of coffee. Come on. You're Mercedes Benz for god sakes. You can't put coffee out for your perspective buyers? Hard pass. For such a prestigious name, this dealership actively does it a great disservice.

I am an auto care Shop owner and I bought replacement parts from this place. The fraud department from my bank shot down my bank account because someone posted on line a picture of the check we issued to pay for the parts. It caused me a lot of trouble and expenses such as not been able to pay my vendors, not been able to buy parts, or pay for my rent etc. I went to this dealership hoping to speak to someone about starting an investigation to find out who is posting their clients checks on line and I was directed to the service director, he was super dismissive , and did absolutly nothing to try to clarify this issue. U Wonder if there are more of their clients going through a similar situation.

Here is my first experience at Mercedes Benz Paramus. I drop car off mostly for check engine light, its Monday. Service rep txts me saying he is on vacay but a colleague will txt me diagnosis shortly. No one does, it is now Wed. Thursday I call service center, and it goes to a voice mail, a fellow mutters he is on vacation and the call ends. I try again same thing. I try live txting and they say someone will call me shortly. It is now Friday. Ok, so Monday same story as above, I call Parts, and lo and behold a human answered. He directs my call to service manager, and guess what? Voice mail saying he is on vacation, call goes dead. Now its Wed, 8 days elapsed. I go on live chat saying I want to pick up my car and bring to another service center. A service guy calls back and tells me they performed a diagnosis and they " believe " I have a valve leak and that I should replace engine for $6000 on a car with 130 K miles I am shocked. I go to pick up car, no one is there to explain anything. I get fed up and asked for car to be sent so I can go home. I wait 20 minutes. For all the above I paid $480. My local mechanic now tells me the car just needs a gasket and is confident he can fix it for less than $500. Stay tuned, lets see if he is right. I suspect he is.

I got the worst service ever. I left my car for the service check up and also had an check engine light on. My service advisor, Cristopher Almanzar first told me it would be done by the next day, so I did not even bother to request a loaner's car. Following day, I did not hear anything from him although I was able to figure that the service had been already done through my Mercedes Me Connect app. I texted to the numbers he had provided, but no response. I called the receptionist and she said she would have him call me, but no call at all. On the third day, I texted again, of course, no response. I called the receptionist again, and told her it is third day, and she finally transferred me to Cris. He said it was ready to be picked up. Seriously?? He was telling me only when I followed up multiple times?? Not to mention loaner's car, he did not even offer Uber until I asked. I would have asked Loaner's car if I knew it would take a couple of days. Also, when I was finally there to pick up my car, it wasn't even washed although it was included in the invoice. For the engine light on, I did not receive any thorough explanation. I have brand new GLS 450 less than a year, and this was certainly concern, and he just told me it was just system error, and he shut it off. (after this horrible service, I doubt if he really performed through investigation) Such a horrible customer service all around given this is supposed to be one of the top luxury vehicle brand.
