I can't even begin to describe what a great experience I had at Mercedes Benz of Paramus.First off, Zach went above and beyond from the first moment we met, to picking up the car, to coming back for the plates.He was extremely knowledgeable, answered all my questions, went through every detail, and most importantly made sure I felt comfortable. (Which I appreciated because this was my first time buying a car). And he did this all with a positive and upbeat personality.The one manger, was extremely welcoming and made sure we had the best experience.I didn't even purchase a Mercedes, I bought a used car on their lot. And I felt like I received brand new car service.Thank you for everything Mercedes Benz Paramus!

"I left my car at this Mercedes-Benz dealership for four days for a simple issue that required reading and clearing fault codes, a task that should have taken less than half an hour. The extended delay reflects very poor service. I won't be returning for a second time."

I visited Mercedes of Paramus and had the pleasure of being assisted by Dominick who was a pleasure from the beginning to end. Dominick thoroughly answered all of my questions. He was very patient and made sure I understood everything. I am beyond pleased with the service I received and I love my brand new 2024 SUV. I also received a great gift! Thanks Dominick!

I’ve written maybe 3 Google reviews in my entire life. This place deserves one.I traveled 2+ hours to this Benz dealership to purchase a pre-owned Ford F150. Yes, you read that correctly.I know these trucks well, and upon test driving noticed a subtle vibration that I attributed to impending driveshaft failure. Long story short: to my surprise, this dealership allowed me to take the truck back to Pennsylvania and have my own Ford mechanic diagnose and fix the problem, while providing me with a written buy-back guarantee. They also agreed to cover the cost of the new driveshaft.Installed the new driveshaft today. Truck works better than new.I’m obviously not a Mercedes guy, but if all Mercedes dealerships operate with this level of customer service… it’s no wonder people prefer this brand. I do believe that the folks that helped me at this dealership are just exceptionally good at their jobs. Even the woman at the front desk and the woman at the cafe bar. Thank you both.Special thanks to my sales guy Rich Leonardo and his sales manager Dennis. Top notch.Also worth noting: I traveled to purchase this truck on my motorcycle and Rich was happy to help me find a loading dock in the neighborhood and load up for the trip home. All while wearing a suit. ??I can 100% recommend doing business with this dealership.

I recently had a crack in my front wheel on my Mercedes 2015 S550 4matic. I went online to mbparts.mbusa.com and priced the wheel at $768.00, however I needed the car, and could not wait for the order to come in. I purchased a wheel in the past (1 Sep 20) from Mercedes Benz of Paramus L766 and was given a 10% military discount. I am a retired Army veteran. I returned to the Paramus dealer and the parts department personnel told me that the wheel was in stock at a cost of $1084.50 plus a $150.00 core charge. I asked for the Military Discount and was told that they do not offer Military discounts. I informed them that I had received a Military discount in the past and was told that they no longer offer the discount. As a veteran, and a Mercedes Benz owner, I could not believe that this was happening. However, I needed the part, and I purchased it. Mercedes Benz should have in my opinion consistency in the parts purchasing process. I should receive the same price online as well as the dealer. I do not understand why I could not receive a Military discount that was once offered. I also do not understand why there is a cost difference of $316.50. I will be hesitant to use this dealer again and will look for a Mercedes Benz dealer who is continually thankful for the services of our veterans and provides them with a much-deserved Military discount.

I've gotten 3 cars from here already, the staff is knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects. Always have loaners available while your car gets fixed , and so simple to work with. Recently I had an issue with my passenger door and I called in to speak to someone. They got me into the shop that same day and fixed it in a few minutes. Just wonderful service. Claudio, the service manager there, was nothing but professional and helpful! I recommend letting these guys work on my car without hesitation. Highly recommended

So far - not so good. I had my first service for my new car scheduled at my house- an option suggested to me by the dealership. They cancelled on me only an hour and a half before they were to arrive. I rescheduled and the same again- cancelled less then an hour before. After dealing with that aggravation, I had to drive to the dealership and drop off my car tohave my service done. I asked for a loaner car, but they offered me uber rides instead- which was fine. The inconvenience of having to change my schedule around two consecutive times was very frustrating. Hopefully things will improve.

I had to come on google and write a review after having the true pleasure of being helped by Mr. Brandon Monastersky at the dealership the other day. Brandon was knowledgeable, kind and considerate, and assisted me in finding a car that not only met my needs at a price I could afford, but that I also love tremendously. I could not more highly recommend using Brandon as your sales representative at Mercedes of Paramus. I have been leasing and buying Mercedes from various dealerships and sales reps across NJ for nearly 20 years now. Brandon, and the experience he provided, has far surpassed any of my experiences at any other dealerships over the last two decades. I look forward to returning in another 3 years and to referring Brandon to all of my family and friends who drive Mercedes. Thank you Brandon for beyond 5-star service!!

Andrew Franco made the trade-in and purchase of our new Mercedes -Benz so seamless and easy! We also were fortunate to work with David Wong regarding the service contract. He explained all our options, quickly and without. any pressure. We truly value that no one wasted our time, and worked hard to make the purchase and set up of our new vehicle a surprisingly effortless experience. We would highly recommend both Andrew and Mercedes-Benz of Paramus.

Pretty poor when it comes to service. Our Mercedes rotted out around itself due to faulty sub frame design. We had to have it towed in for the recall work. They wouldn't provide a loaner or any reimbursement for lost time. We had to pay out of pocket for not one, not two but three weeks worth of rentals. Marquee brand with McDonald's service. Aside from that, while we were there pleading our case, I wondered around the showroom looking at various cars for over a half hour. Not one salesperson said boo to me. They aren't too eager to sell cars but I guess this is fair because they aren't too eager to fix them, either. Lastly, a cafe? Really? Even the Hyundai dealership throws you a cup of coffee. Come on. You're Mercedes Benz for god sakes. You can't put coffee out for your perspective buyers? Hard pass. For such a prestigious name, this dealership actively does it a great disservice.

I would not trust this dealership and specifically Andrew and his sales manager Michael Mutter.I called to see if they had a specific vehicle in stock and then made an appointment to see the vehicle a few hours before arriving. Andrew advised me the vehicle was in stock and he would set the vehicle aside. He then called me 20 minutes prior to me arriving to confirm I would be coming. I traveled over an hour to get there. Once I arrived, I waited 30 mins for someone to see me. Andrew did not come out, but instead sales manager Michael Mutter came out and told me nothing other than that he was “going to get the key and needed my license” so I could test drive it. 10 mins later Mutter comes out and says “he can’t find the key”. I waited another 20 mins. Mutter then comes back and tells me I could not see the vehicle because it was sold, and so earnestly stated to me that he “could not believe it”.What happened is simple, they leveraged my interest, and my Saturday afternoon, to make a sale with a different customer all while keeping me waiting there while they “looked for the key”. It’s one thing to have to negotiate with these people, but to be used as a pawn in their little nonsense games is disgusting.Perhaps there is a Mercedes logo on the outside, but these guys are nothing more than a typical used car dealership.

Wow! I was thrilled with Mercedes Benz of Paramus! AndrewIs the best ! From the very first communication I knew he was going to make sure I got exactly what I wanted! . Team Andrew/Kristian answered all my questions and treated me like a friend. The entire Mercedes Benz Paramus team, greeted me with smiles and were genuinely excited for me . I felt ad if I were walking into a Family Reunion ! I was continuously greeted with smiles. I felt part of the team every step of the way ! Andrew and Kristian truly made sure everything was perfect before I drove off the lot in my first Mercedes.
